Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:My son ultimately received his checks because I, not Ms. [redacted], spent hours (days, actually) calling, faxing, emailing, and dealing with [redacted]. THAT WAS HER JOB, NOT MINE. She is supposed to be the liaison between us and the insurance company, and she did absolutely nothing of any value. I finally had to contact the National Structured Settlement Trade Association for assistance. They agreed that [redacted] was not fulfilling her responsibilities and apologized. They even made contact with [redacted] for us to make up for her lack of cooperation. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general's office and have also contacted my own lawyer regarding this matter. Ms. [redacted] needs to refund whatever money she made on this deal, because she has been a complete failure in all respects. She took money she did not earn. This is incredibly dishonest and unfair. She is keeping money that rightfully belongs to a teenager with a traumatic brain injury, and that in itself is grounds for a lawsuit. If she returns her commission to my son (not to me), I will consider this issue resolved.

My office mate, [redacted] and I responded to Ms. [redacted] calls each time by phone, text and email, including weekends. Two contracts were issued by [redacted] Insurance Company for her son, [redacted], and one of them mistakenly listed his address off by one digit. We did not catch it nor did...
her attorney, nor Ms. [redacted], so the check was sent to that address. Once a check is issued from an insurance company, it has to go through a 'stop payment' and re-issue. We made every effort to communicate the issue to the company and Ms. [redacted]; there is no way to make that happen any faster. The check was re-issued and received by [redacted]. The basis for the complain has been resolved, and we feel we responded in every instance to Ms. [redacted] in a timely and courteous manner.if needed, we have copies of emails and voicemails to offer.Sincerely,[redacted]SETTLEMENT PARTNERS
