The customer came to the shop to buff out a scratch that was about 6 inches long located on the right rear bumper. We pulled the car into the shop to buff out the scratch and returned the vehicle back to the customer in no longer that 15 minutes. In the time frame the vehicle was in out shop, we... would not have had the time, nor the same size tires to switch them out. We are a body shop and do not have tires for sale or in stock at our business. When the customer returned to our business, she came in accused that we switched her tired while cursing at one of our employees. Our employee informed her that there was no way that we could have changed her tires. At this point the customer was angry and left. Our employee noted that when the customer came in to complain, there were new Continental tires on her car.
