As I stated in my complaint,posted on the front door is a sign for customers stating open working hours are 8:00-5:00,and I was in converse with a man on the phone at the number posted on the door and he continually told me that his office manager would be there,I was there from 7:45am -I was willing to wait the min.I again called the number on the door and expressed my frustration as I was late for work,that it is now 8:15am and no one was here to open,and I continued to call @ 8:30,8:45.9:and 9:15am,I expressed my frustration,and asked if I could get a discount because of the lost time from work,and still no person showed up,and the man on the phone stated you can discuss that with my office manager when he shows up.I did ask the Office Manager,and I asked for his name and he stated(***)I asked for his last name he said"(***)so your name is ***,***,he was rude and I asked for a pamphlet of rules and there regulations and he said "just take a picture of the one on the counter"when I asked him "are you the office manager"he said no"Im just an minimage wage worker"i said the man on the phone said you are.***,was very rude and told me to stop interrupting him.There was a gentleman behind us who had his car towed a week ago,and we ran into him at the grocery store and he said " [redacted] used profanity towards me and just kept going on about how I was a #@*% over and over again,and he said that he marked him down and only charged him half of the tow for having his car there for a week.Very disappointing
Thank you for contacting Davis Tow Inc about out line of chargesWhen the customer paid to pick up his vehicle he signed and was given a copy of his recipe that outlined charges (ie: hourly tow rate, storage fees, lien fees, after hour fees and misc.) and on the bottom total of all fees in accordance with CHPIncluded upon this sheet is reason for tow so the customer understands why their vehicle was towed.

he was towed in a handicap cross hatch underneath his bumper it says NO PARKING towed time 10:pm may completion time of tow 11:pm may
