Davis Travel Connection

Review: I received travel brochures from **. [redacted] Davis, Travel Professional/CEO of Davis Travel Connection at the beginning of 2013. One of the brochures described a planned trip to New York City for 3 days, 2 nights on June 7-9, 2013, at a cost of $399 (double occupancy), $504 (single occupancy).On 2/19/13, I sent a check in the amount of $375 to **. Davis (payable to Davis Travel Connection) for the New York trip. This check was a deposit for five (5) persons who wanted to take the trip. On 3/29/13, I sent **. Davis checks (5) for the remaining amounts owed by us for the trip.A couple of weeks later I found out that ** Davis had to cancel the trip because less than 25 persons signed up for the trip. On April 23, 2013, I received the 5 checks that we paid for the balance amounts owed; however, I have not been reimbursed the $375 deposit that I paid in February. I have talked to **. Davis by phone a couple of times about the money that she still owes us. She promised to put the $375 check in the mail on May 20, 13, but as of this date I have not received a check. We need our money. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid by **. Davis the $375 amount that she owes us.

My complaint against [redacted] Davis, Davis Travel Connection has been resolved. ** Davis sent me a check in the amount of $375 by certified mail on 6/4/13. Thank you very much for your assistance.
