Review: I was contacted by a labor on * May that was provided by Davon Wright who stated they did not received their paycheck. We contracted Davon Wright to pay the employee, which they have failed to do in violation of paragraph 4 of the contract had between us. We did have a conference call with the employee, our [redacted], and Davon Wright's [redacted]. [redacted] took down the employee's mailing address and warranted to both of us that the laboror's paycheck will be mailed that day.

I contracted Davon Wright to provide sales demonstrators at temporary work locations throughout the US. On or about ** May 2015, Davon Wright failed to confirm the staff we needed in Iowa. We requested labor that Davon Wright failed to do in violation of paragraph 1 of the contract had between us. They not only failed to provide labor, but failed to contact us so that we could make other arrangements.

Since this time, I have only made contact with Davon Wright one time via my telephone call to our [redacted], [redacted] (see below). I have made telephone calls nearly every single business day and left messages requesting a return telephone phone call, none of which have ever been returned.

I received contact from a second employee on or about 4 June stating that Davon Wright has failed to pay them, and asked for my assistance. I have contacted Davon Wright on this issue as well, but have (as usual) received absolutely no contact from them whatsoever.

I am extremely disappointed with the breach of contract by Davon Wright, the failure to service the contract, their failure to communicate, their failure to pay employees, and for other wrongdoings. Each check we mailed them to pay invoices has been cashed and cleared our bank. Davon Wright has been compensated, but failed to pay its employees and service our contract.Desired Settlement: I want the contract had between us canceled and the deposit I made returned.

I want confirmation that each and every employee provided to us by Davon Wright has been paid pursuant to the contract had between us; failing which I want each and every payment I made to Davon Wright returned.
