As you may be aware, in some of these cases, some people might not be as forth coming or astruthful as you would like them to beThis happens to be the case regarding Mrs***.Simply put my company has done everything to assist her through her hardships which was whyit was hurtful and painful to receive the countless complaints Mrs [redacted] has filed against meIt wos onlyofter I filed low suit against her for the damaged she caused to truck we let her use, did she stortwith the complaints.To sum it up in parts, Mrs [redacted] brought her vehicle to us with a blown motorIt was atanother shop that ripped her off and told her it was the starterWe replaced her engine and she wasvery happySo happy in fact that she brought it back the following month for us to do her brakesShedidn't have the money to completely pay for the first repair, but we added the brake repair to herbalance and let her take the carWe did this because it was unsafe to drive with bad brakesWe allowedher to do this because she had small children in the car as well as being pregnant plus she was employedand could pay us every other week which she agreed too.When the car first arrived at our shop for the engine repair, it was missing parts i.e.( starter,starter bolts and fuses)We informed Mrs [redacted] and she ok'd the estimate and put down money for usto order her engineShe had to get a loan for the rest which she was already approved forThe car wasrepaired and returned to herShe texted me in late December and said she smelled gas and could wecome get the carI told her if it was not related to any work that we had done then the tow would be$and there would be a diagnoses feeShe said come get it and could we bring her car to useI saidyesAfter times of going to her house to get the car only to not be able to get it because she wasn'tthere or the keys weren't there, We finally were able to meet her at her house with the right keyShecouldn't get the key to turn in the ignition so the car could not be put into neutral to be towed with thetow truck we had there so we had to return with a flat bed.We parked her car on our storage lot because she kept saying she was bringing in some moremoney to payoff her previous balance but she never did until janIt didn't make sense to start anotherrepair without getting paid for the last repairsWith her ignition not turning, which had nothing to dowith us replacing the engine, there would be a different repair that needed to done before we couldeven see why she was smelling gas.Mrs [redacted] was so upset about how much it was going to cost to repair her ignition that she had alocal tv stations investigate my companyAfter all of the evidence and text messages were reviewed,Fox investigation team ruled that her complaint was without merit and and closed theirinvestigationFile No Wtmi followed and also found her claims to be false.Furthermore, Mrs [redacted] states the work was never done or done improperlyWhen the car camein for the motor it had 96,miles on the dashWhen she brought it back for the brakes in Novemberit had 96,miles on it When it came in Jan it read 102,miles on itAs you can see her claims ofnot being able to drive the car are also false.In closing, Mrs [redacted] has been and continues to be untruthful to the Revdex.com and other organizationsshe has complained tooAfter consulting with my attorney, I was advised to amend my suit to includedefamation and liable as well as slanderShe has only contacted the Revdex.com after I started the law suitagainst her for the damage done to the vehicle I let her useIf she was so unhappy after the first job, shecould have contacted you then but instead she brought it back for more work.Thank you for hearing my side
