receive the countless complaints Mrs. [redacted] has filed against me. It wos onlyofter I filed 0 low suit against her for the damaged she caused to 0 truck we let her use, did she stortwith 011 the complaints.To sum it up in 2 parts, Mrs. [redacted] brought her vehicle to us with a blown motor. It was atanother shop that ripped her off and told her it was the starter. We replaced her engine and she wasvery happy. So happy in fact that she brought it back the following month for us to do her brakes. Shedidn't have the money to completely pay for the first repair, but we added the brake repair to herbalance and let her take the car. We did this because it was unsafe to drive with bad brakes. We allowedher to do this because she had small children in the car as well as being pregnant plus she was employedand could pay us every other week which she agreed too.When the car first arrived at our shop for the engine repair, it was missing parts i.e.( starter,starter bolts and fuses). We informed Mrs. [redacted] and she ok'd the estimate and put down money for usto order her engine. She had to get a loan for the rest which she was already approved for. The car wasrepaired and returned to her. She texted me in late December and said she smelled gas and could wecome get the car. I told her if it was not related to any work that we had done then the tow would be$45 and there would be a diagnoses fee. She said come get it and could we bring her car to use. I saidyes. After 3 times of going to her house to get the car only to not be able to get it because she wasn'tthere or the keys weren't there, We finally were able to meet her at her house with the right key. Shecouldn't get the key to turn in the ignition so the car could not be put into neutral to be towed with thetow truck we had there so we had to return with a flat bed.We parked her car on our storage lot because she kept saying she was bringing in some moremoney to payoff her previous balance but she never did until jan. It didn't make sense to start anotherrepair without getting paid for the last 2 repairs. With her ignition not turning, which had nothing to dowith us replacing the engine, there would be a different repair that needed to done before we couldeven see why she was smelling gas.Mrs. [redacted] was so upset about how much it was going to cost to repair her ignition that she had a2 local tv stations investigate my company. After all of the evidence and text messages were reviewed,Fox 6 investigation team ruled that her complaint was without merit and false and closed theirinvestigation. File No 1503001. Wtmi followed and also found her claims to be false.Furthermore, Mrs. [redacted] states the work was never done or done improperly. When the car camein for the motor it had 96,637 miles on the dash. When she brought it back for the brakes in Novemberit had 96,819 miles on it . When it came in Jan it read 102,126 miles on it. As you can see her claims ofnot being able to drive the car are also false.In closing, Mrs. [redacted] has been and continues to be untruthful to the Revdex.com and other organizationsshe has complained too. After consulting with my attorney, I was advised to amend my suit to includedefamation and liable as well as slander. She has only contacted the Revdex.com after I started the law suitagainst her for the damage done to the vehicle I let her use. If she was so unhappy after the first job, shecould have contacted you then but instead she brought it back for more work.Thank you for hearing my side.

Review: I previously had this shop put a engine in my car and have had nothing but problems since I got my vehicle back and Christmas eve my gas line broke called the same shop they informed me they would pick my vehicle up he gave me a loaner vehicle and informed me to put my plates on the truck which is illegal and then charged a rental fee also originally told me it was a starter but later stated my ignition would not turn nor get any power so later comes back to say I need a new ignition switch which will cost $450-$800 I had previously got a loan to pay for the engine so he tells me maybe I should go back to the man to get some help with another loan for the expenses and then only to try and rush to get more money by saying someone wanted to buy the truck I have been driving it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with this company here it is 2 months later and still no car and am just finding out whats wrong with it I have text messages to show how crooked this shop is I feel that because I am a female this man is taking and getting from me anything he can I have payed this man over $3790 also have been unable to register my vehicle due to needing an emissions test and once my engine was put in check engine light came on and have not had the vehicle to be able to due to being in the shop I have text messages that I can show in person . I am seeking to have my vehicle returned in running condition because initially before the car was taken the ignition turned I have payed a sufficient amount of money to have have my car repaired only for it to not be running and would like to have my money refunded to get repaired efficiently if needed . Also unacceptable time frame for repairs to be made I have had the vehicle approximately 1 month the entir time this company has had my vehicle putting me in a financial burden due to having a car note on top of car repairs for a vehicle that is inoperable.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my money be refunded to have repairs completed efficiently
