I am rejecting this response because: The manager Jody C [redacted] that responded to the complaint has NEVER spoken to meShe also says that I have called and complained "about every other order and get credits on their account", that is a lie, I have order from this business times in my entire lifeI have never called and complained prior to this incident nor have I ever had anything credited to my "account"Also, I called the initial time to complain about the missing salad and lack of cheese and was then told to send pictures which I did, and they called me back and told me to call and talk to the general manager who was this Jody C [redacted] but when I attempted to call her the next day (my second phone call to Dawg House) they informed me that she would not be in until the following tuesday and to call after 330pm to speak to Ralph because the order was made by night shiftSo, I did as told and called back that evening which was the 3rd phone callSo, once again Jody C [redacted] is lying in her statement when she said that I called " times" to say that the pizza had no cheeseAlso, when she (Jody C***) said that I was unhappy about the lousy $that Ralph offered to credit back for all three orders because I "wanted a credit for my entire order" she is once again lying because we had an order that totaled over $between the orders that we placed on the date of the incident and I stated very clearly that I wanted reimbursed for the xlarge pep and cheese with extra cheese that was $20, the xlarge pep and cheese that was supposed to be crispy that was $14.50, and $for the salad that we never did getLike I said before, we had separate orders that were paid with different payments and one of the items were from each order so it was not just my order that was messed upSo, with that said, one of the orders was missing the $salad, another order was lacking any cheese let alone the extra cheese that was paid for, and the third order was lacking cheese on their pizza as wellI guess I should have the other paying customers that night file a complaint as well since I only paid for my order and it was everyones order or all three orders that were paid for separately but picked up together that was messed upThe two pizzas lacked cheese and looked exactly the same even though I was charged $for extra cheeseI explained to Dawghouse employees over the phone that night that I live all the way on the east side of reynoldsburg or I would have drove the food all the way back and they would relay what I was telling them to the "manager" ralph, becausehe would not get on the phone to take my complaintLike I said previously, I have never spokento Jody C [redacted] nor has my family, none of us have ever received a credit from this business eitherShe (Jody C***), said that the pictures that I sent to them looked like their pizzas that they make and sell and that there was "less cheese on the corner triangle pizza, which sometimes happens when you cut the pizza, the cheese gets pulled to the side or down in the cut on those super small corners", yet the most recent reviews on their facebook page say otherwise and the individuals seem to have similar complaints as mine [redacted] These customers are just proof that I am not the only on that has had a problem with this businessThese comments support my complaint about the pizzas lacking cheese, not just on the three orders from my family that night, but from others as well even though we paid for extraThese comments also show that the Dawghouse is not willing to replace or refund customers for messed up order but instead "credit" them a lousy couple of dollars for the businesses errorsThese customer reviews also support my complaint of lack of professionalism by the business when the manager was "too busy" to get on the phone to listen to my complaintI do not appreciate a woman by the name of Jody C [redacted] lying on me and saying that I have received multiple credits when this is the first time I have ever complainedAlso, Jody C [redacted] lied about the number of time I called the Dawghouse to complainJody C [redacted] is very unprofessional, tacky,in addition to being a liarI have NEVER spoken to this womanThe issues with this business seem to be recent as evidenced by the facebook reviewsAs I mentioned before I do not want the entire orders replaced, I simply want the money back for the x large pep and cheese with extra cheese $20, the xlarge crispy pep and cheese $14.50, and the chef salad $I want the money refunded rather than a credit because my family and I will NEVER order from this unprofessional establishment again! In response to *** ***'s complaint against us, first we would like to say thank you for being a customer and enjoying our foodSecondly, this customer is outside of our delivery area, when we had delivered to him before we explained that, he was outside our area, but we were not busy so we
would run the order out to himWe pride our selves on our customer service and our willingness to go out of our way to deliver to a customer, we do, on all occasions explain that on a busier night we would not be able to deliver out of area and the order would need to be picked up.On this particular night, we were extremely busy and we were not able to go out of areaI have listened to the phone conversation between Mr*** and my staff, and not once was my staff rude or unkindMr*** on the other hand was extremely rude and demanded that we deliver to himThis conversation went on for about mins, with my manager explaining that it was a extremely busy night and we were unable to deliver outside our area tonightThis was explained to him on previous conversations and noted in his customer profile that he is out of areaHe continued to demand that we deliver to him or he was going to turn us into the the Revdex.comWe told him to do what he needed to do and wished him a good evening. He contacted us through facebook review, I saw this post from home and I did reach out to him, I did not know the details of everything that happened, but I like to assume the best of our customers and if our staff was rude, I want to take care of itHe did not want to speak with me and ignored all of my attempts to try and correct this problemI feel that we have done nothing wrong and took all of the necessary steps to correct thisSometimes people can not be pleased no matter what you do and will feel slighted at any grievance. I feel that all of our positive reviews speak for our food and our customer service.Thank You

Hello, I am responding to customer complaint ID ***The customer called about a missing salad, it was made, we just forgot to give it to her, we offered to credit her account the amount of the salad, plus an addition $for the incovienceShe was not happy, called back times to
say that her pizza's had no cheese on them and that she wanted a credit for her entire orderShe did send us pictures of her pizza, and it was our pizza and it looked like the pizza that we make and sellThere was less cheese on the corner triangle pizza, which sometimes happens when you cut the pizza, the cheese gets pulled to the side or down in the cut on those super small corners. I have never called and complained prior to this incident nor have I ever had anything credited to my "account". Also, when she (Jody C[redacted]) said that I was unhappy about the lousy $16 that Ralph offered to credit back for all three orders because I "wanted a credit for my entire order" she is once again lying because we had an order that totaled over $80 between the 3 orders that we placed on the date of the incident and I stated very clearly that I wanted reimbursed for the xlarge pep and cheese with extra cheese that was $20, the xlarge pep and cheese that was supposed to be crispy that was $14.50, and $6 for the salad that we never did get. Like I said before, we had 3 separate orders that were paid with 3 different payments and one of the items were from each order so it was not just my order that was messed up. So, with that said, one of the orders was missing the $6 salad, another order was lacking any cheese let alone the extra cheese that was paid for, and the third order was lacking cheese on their pizza as well. I guess I should have the other 2 paying customers that night file a complaint as well since I only paid for my order and it was everyones order or all three orders that were paid for separately but picked up together that was messed up. The two pizzas lacked cheese and looked exactly the same even though I was charged $5 for extra cheese.
