Review: This is a continuation of a previous complaint that was never resolved. The complaint number is [redacted] The business [redacted] made multiple promises to come by to finish a home improvement project that was started in September 2014. He has still not come by to complete the project. Instead he keeps saying "It will be done by the end of the week."

My balcony is leaking after he worked on it. It is causing water damage to the 2 front doors.

There is tile work on the inside of the home which needs to be addressed as well.

Other projects that he is working on for other people have gotten in the way of finishing the work on my home.Desired Settlement: I want this job to be completed as soon as possible.

This client just want to cause more of a problem. I really don't know what else to say. I went by her house and worked last Saturday and monday morning. I pressure wash porch and emailed client and told her, to allow stucco to dry out and I will be back out to paint it and we will be done. The client job is finish. I fixed the porch. The client is having other problems with her windows that is not sealed and that is causing water to run behind the stucco and leek over her window. She is trying to find a way of saying the porch is the problem. I put a water on the window and found the problem. When I paint. I will caulk it for her but she needs to address the problem. Behind the stucco is rotten and that is why water is coming down. It's not nothing wrong with my job. She needs to hire another company to come out to tell her the same thing. Once I paint I am done with this client and will move on. I told her I will be willing to help her but when she keeps calling Revdex.com on me for no reason trying to rush the process tells me she don't respect that I am going above to make shore things are done right. I have one more day at her house. I will call client to schedule painting and that will be it. She needs to hire someone new to do her windows because that is not part of my contract and that is her problem. She just don't want to listen. She is requesting money back and still owe me a balance. I done a lot of work in her house as part of this contract and she is holding money and asking back for more then what I even charged her for the porch.
