Phone response - this consumer called me to unclog her pipes, I stated up front while on the phone the price and the fact that I will not go under her mobile homeShe was fine with that, and asked me to come out and try and snake the lineI went there, had to remove the toilet, and tried to snake itShe understood there was a chance it would not work, and it did notI told her I could see if my guy could use a water jet, and she agreedShe paid me for my service for that day, and I told her the price for the water jet and the fact that the cover from her tank would have to be offShe said her boyfriend would have it offWhen I got there with the guy and the water jet, the cover was not off, but her boyfriend said he would remove itI told the woman we are on the clock and she was not happy about that, but she was suppose to have the cover of in advanceAfter all this, she gave me a check, but then tried to take it back stating you have not done anything for meI held on to the check, and leftThen I received this complaint, as well as notification from the bank that she stopped paymentShe wants her money back, when in fact she has not paid me anything for the work I didMy guy with the water jet and I are willing to for go the $568, but I am still owed $ for the snaking the first day there
