Review: I signed a catering contract with this company in January for an event I was having in March. I changed my event date and she verbally agreed that it was fine to do so. The full balance was due 30 days before the event. She wanted me to pay the full balance 3 months in advance which everything she said she would do she didn't. We were suppose to have a tasting that never happend. Also, on various occasions we were suppose to meet up at her so called office and she would just appear at my home and have some crazy excuse as to why she came. My husband and I decided that we didn't want to do business with her anymore and asked for our refund that is due and she agreed to send it out. She messaged me to let me know it was mailed out and when we didn't receive it, I called her back to see what was going on she had an attitude and said she would personally deliver it to me and she has yet to do. I have been waiting since the first week in April for this refund that is being mailed locally and still haven't received it. I have been calling and texting her. I know she sees my messages cause she has an iPhone that tells you when the other party has read the message and I get no reply. I just want my full refund of what I invested. All she had to say was she didn't have it at the moment and not lie and say she sent it out. This is causing.l me attorney fees that really wasn't necessary.Desired Settlement: I want everything we gave her. I shouldn't have to harass anyone for something I'm owed. It's very unprofessional. I was willing to take a small loss but this is costing me money so I want the whole amount now. It's been almost 2 months and nothing yet. Not even an idea as to when.
