*** *** Hello,I reject this offer David is a liarI never even met this manager nor spoke with anyone but neighbors giving away my belongings for free I moved out 10/3/I have pictures too and *** spreadsheets showing not one phone call received or made from any number provided.I am offended and deeply upset that you or your company didn't bother contacting me for months just charged my credit report on 2/13/for $This was months after the fact of me leaving when David request me too two days early on 10/3/Unacceptable and unethicalIt appears that your company has a history of doing this to residents who move out:***I recall several conversations with David on different occasions and his worry that he would be in trouble putting tile on the second floorThis tile was never repaired from the time I reported it till the time I left 10/3/14.I signed my lease with a female manager blond hair glasses don't recall her nameShe walked with me through every room and noted any concerns I hadEspecially, the massive stain that was left by previous tenants in the master bedroom , the bathroom was disgusting and was in need of being repaired had caulk and no splash guards this was also noted on my signed lease. I have witnesses plus myself, and all helped me clean and leave the apartment in a cleanly state.I have pictures including one with a vacuum in it.Also, I have spreadsheets from *** Wireless phone services showing no phone calls from 513-398-2022; 513-528-1540from the time frame 9/13/- 3/12/from any collector or Dawn Management or *** (***) company or co-company informing me of any outstanding debt. Nor did I receive a phone call from the number provided!Please remove the bogus charge on my credit or my next move is to get the media involved and to bring a stalking charge against David for charging my credit months after I was able to get on my feetHe has sick obsession with me and begged me to stay, have witnesses to his voicemails saying we can work this outAfter he told me to leave.My word, photos, and pictures versus witness will refute any of his bogus claim against this business.The only obscenity I ranted was you're a jerk of a person and shame on you, David! The threat to go to the media is real He is a bully and preyed on me a divorced fatherI lost his job and a place for my children to go did what the manager asked left early. Thank you,*** ** ***

With all do respect and the information faxed to the Revdex.com the company failed to show up for court on 12/23/15. The magistrates dismissed the action with prejudice and I do not see any pending litigation at this time. On two occasions, I called them and I attempted to resolve the matter with the company they denied my request. The company had an opportunity to prove their case and they failed to do so in [redacted] Municipal Court. I ask that they remove the blemish on my credit report, answer the [redacted] complaint, [redacted]'s office and any of their responses and inquiries and apologize for having me missing work and wasting mine and the courts valuable time.I am sorry my consumer rights were violated and that offends the company. I don't accept their response.Revdex.com:

In
regards to the complaint from the above referenced resident, the responses are
listed below:

was given a 3-day eviction notice for non-payment of rent on the 10/6/
as required by law and then decided to move out. The original lease, which
is, attached hereto Exhibit A, states in the 3rd paragraph:
"After the initial lease period, a day written
notice from Lessee is required prior to the first of the month and payment of
rent in full during this 31-day period is absolutely requiredIf Lessor does
not receive proper notice, Lessee will be assessed one additional month
rent. [redacted] called
us 10/7/after not paying his October rental payment that was due on
10/1/14. He told us he was moving and on
10/8/he was noticed moving.
Therefore, October rent is due in full and also November 2014. We were lucky enough to do our best to help
[redacted] by leasing the apartment very quicklyWe were happy to be able to
deduct the entire month of November rent from his amount due
[redacted]
contacted our office and spoke to me directly sometime in August or
September 2015. He screamed and
yelled obscenities and threats until I finally hung up on himAfter a few
days he called our emergency maintenance line and spoke with Mike the on call
managerMike told [redacted] the
same information, and wanted to give [redacted] our collection agencies'
phone number [redacted] screamed
and threatened Mike, who finally hung up on him. I then called our attorney and told
them that [redacted] was harassing and threatening us, and to see if the
attorney could stop this abusive and threatening behavior.In his
complaint, [redacted] gave us days to remove the charge off of his
credit report. He would have to pay
the balance plus any interest and/or collection charges to change the
account to paid[redacted] may
contact [redacted]'s office at 421-to set up a payment plan. There will be no further reduction of
the amount due.The apartment
was not cleaned as [redacted] stated.
I have beautiful color photos (emailed with response) that will
prove [redacted] did not even make an attempt to clean the apartment.[redacted] was
never promised any upgrades such as new carpet or appliances and in fact
these items had been updated prior to his move in at some point within the
last few years. The charge on the
statement was for cleaning the entire carpet that was left filthy by [redacted] (see photos), and the brown stain that was listed on his move in
report was not a factor in this charge.
Also, [redacted] caused
several cracks in the tile in the kitchen that we decided not to charge
We
strive to make all customers satisfied, but we have to hold people accountable
for the leases that were signedAt this
time we require full payment to satisfy the debt.
