I have had tree service done by Golden tree service many times, on my properties that I own. I can say that they are dedicated to completing the job. Every job has been completed the exact way that I have asked in a timely manner. I own multiple properties in [redacted] no matter the distance in between , David has his crew members on the job. Also the job sites are always cleaned up after the job is completed. If there is ever an issue with small limbs David inspects and has it completed. I have and will definitely recommend David and Golden Tree Service to anyone who is looking for tree service.

My son originally loved going to Dawn's Daycare. However, I have recently pulled him from her care. I did this after I found out she was talking about how my son "rubbed her the wrong way" to another day care parent. I became aware of this when she accidentally sent me a text meant for the other parent. I had never once gotten a complaint from her regarding his behavior or how he treated other children. Given that I was entrusting my child's care to her and her "business", I thought it best that I remove him from her care. In my opinion, she acts very unprofessional unless you and your child are in her "inner circle" of friends and acts more like she is running a social network than a business. I would not recommend using Dawn's Daycare for any age child.

David, owner of Golden Tree Service, gave us an estimate of $3,500 to trim and clean up a large number of trees on our property. He estimated that the work would take two days. We agreed to his quote, and on the first day he arrived to request partial payment. At the end of the first day, he requested additional money toward the balance. He asked my wife to make checks payable to himself. The morning of the second day, David requested the remaining balance, $1,700, in cash. This was before more than half of the work was done - instead, he was given a check for $1,200 (made out to Golden Tree Service) and told the remaining $500 would be paid when the job was completed and confirmed to be satisfactory. At the end of the second day, David declared the job done and requested the remaining balance. A walk-around of the property revealed a number of areas that needed additional work - David still requested the remaining balance be paid and was told no, the remaining $500 would be paid when the job was completed. During each of the three days, we did not see David inspect the work done - he was overwhelmingly concerned with being paid, and he asked to be paid in cash on multiple occasions. At the end of the third day, the property owner had to walk around and review the work with members of the crew; there were several places where additional work needed to be done - David did not inspect or review the work done. David was paid the remaining $500 (check made out to Golden Tree Service) in spite of multiple holes in our pool heating blanket and an ugly, prominent oil stain on the entry of our driveway.

Three days later, members of the crew arrived at our home and told us that they had not been paid for their work. They said that David hired them to do the work on our property and agreed to pay them $1,500 - they said he had paid them $1,000 and told them that he would not pay them the balance owed because he was upset that the crew (which had their own tree-trimming business) had solicited work from our next-door neighbor. Remember, this was a three-day job that a 4-person crew was hired to do for $1,500 - the property owner paid David $3,500 for the job, so he had more than enough money to honor his agreement with the crew. The crew told us that David told them that he had not paid them because he had not been paid the remaining $500 by us, so they came back to the property hoping that we would pay them the remaining $500 that they were owed. We told the crew that we paid David the full amount and that he had been paid more than enough money to pay them their remaining $500. When the property owner contacted David about the crew stopping at the house and telling us they had not been paid, he said that he wanted to punish them for going behind his back and getting business from the property next door. He told the property owner that he would pay the crew what he owed them; at this writing, that has not been confirmed.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Golden Tree Service. We told David that we didn't want branches stripped from the inside and to cut only the dead branches and those close to the house. His crew did exactly what we requested. Our trees look wonderful.
