further development of the product or the supporting mobile apps.  The customer had a 1 year warranty on his [redacted]E that expired on December 12 of 2016.  Attached you will find a copy of our warranty policy.   [redacted] N.A. recognizes the value of what the customer and many others have invested in their purchases of [redacted] audio equipment, and would like to assist with an upgrade path to our newest line of products.  Our Player Portfolio network streamers are natively app based, and are fully compatible with both Android and [redacted] IOS mobile devices.  [redacted] N.A. can supply the customer with a [redacted] unit free of charge, information about that product can be found here:   [redacted]  For all out of warranty [redacted] customers we can also offer our [redacted] unit at a reduced cost.  For this customer we are willing to wave that cost, and are able to provide an [redacted] to him at no charge.  Information about that product can be found here: [redacted]
