Stay away!!! They sold us a crappy unit 3 years ago and they never told us it was going out of stock and freon prices would sore. So now 3 years later we are having to replace that same unit.. They are dishonest and not looking out for the consumer... Buyer beware
HORRIBLE! Tech is not licensed and broke my unit. Went through the winter with heat that seemed weak, only to find out it is now running on 110v instead of 220v. Paid them cash and they wouldn't come back to fix the problem. Now I am out the $170 paid, $65 for the trip charge for the new contractor and $300 in repairs from what Dawson's guy did! BEWARE!!
