Contracted with this company to install a new maintenance kit for my Maytag washer, and was installed on 1/12/Ten days later machine started making a loud high pitched squeezing noise during the spin cycle The company was called on 1/25/15or 1/26/and an appt was made for a service evaluation on1/29/between and pmNo one showed or called At 7:pm a message was left on ans machine for us to call tech in amOn 1/approx am tech was called with no answer, service representative was called, we requested a call back by a technician and a service evaluation this am By 10:no call back Service seems unconcerned and not worried about inconveniences people or poor communication between tech's and dispatchers

The refrigerator in our office was leaking and the ice maker was not working. We called Mr. Appliance and they responded immediately and installed a new ice maker on 11/24/15. On 12/10/15 our refrigerator was leaking again. We called Mr. Appliance and was told someone would call us back. On 12/15/15 we called again after no call was received. We were told someone would call us back. No one called but a tech stopped by and looked at the refrigerator and told us the compressor needed to be replaced. The tech "hard wired" the refrigerator to get us through about a week until the compressor could be installed. We authorized the repair and waited to hear back when the compressor was received. When we heard nothing we called on 12/30/15 and were told someone would call us back shortly. On 1/7/16 when our refrigerator started leaking badly again,we called AGAIN and insisted on speaking to a manager and were told Martin would call us back shortly. Martin called back and said he did not know where the compressor was we needed and he would find out and call us back shortly. Several hours later when nothing was heard from Martin we called yet again. Martin said he found a compressor locally and would call us back in 15 minutes....we are still waiting....IF YOU ARE SMART, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Needed a latch on a dishwasher repaired for a tenant. Used Mr. Appliance based on a favorable reference from a neighbor who said they were competent and reasonable. Had to give them a credit card before they would service the machine. Card was charged almost $175. After several attempts was able to ascertain that the part was $34.31 and the balance was labor. Technician took fifteen minutes to service the machine. Their regular rate for an assessment is $79. I was told the standard for this type of repair is 7/10 of an hour. That makes their hourly service charge $200. Outrageous!!!
