Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me when it is received I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved When I checked the status of my remaining order on July 22, (the window arch), the status was listed as shipped on 7- When I checked again on 7-24, the status listed that the arch had been installed on 7- This is not true The blinds that were received were installed on July 18, but this did not include the arch because it had not been shipped I received al call from [redacted] at day blinds on July to check to see if the installation was complete I called [redacted] and left a message on Friday, July and did not receive a call back I called day blinds customer service to ask to speak with a supervisor I was transferred to [redacted] who called the installer to find out when the arch could be installed I was told that the arch is scheduled to be installed on August with a windown of am to pm I was told that I would receive a call on July to narrow the installation window Additionally, the remaining balance was charged to my account I should not have been charged the balance of my order considering that all of my items have not been installed I understand that delays will happen However, there is no excuse for not calling the customer to advise them of the delay In addition, day blinds informed me that I would be compensated but would not give me the amount of the compensation Regards, [redacted] ***

weeks ago $blind ordered for our kitchen Installer destroyed the blindHe was totally unprofessional e.gwalking in his shoes on the kitchen counter, complaining about his company etc3Day reordered the blind and installationStill not correctly installed! The installation company scheduled a follow-upHowever the first installer showed up again despte our being promised he would not be sentAnother appointment was scheduled betweeen 3:and 5:for todayWe got a call from the installation company and 4:They haven't known where their installer was all day We are out $and afternoons of having to reschedule our lives

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We walked through the house twice with the consultant and showed exactly which windows we wanted covered He provided a price based on our walk through assuring us the windows we wanted to be covered would be We could have had the job done by another company for an equivalent price, but went with three day blinds based on our walk through with the consultant and the pricing he gave us Now three day blinds acknowledges their consultant screwed up, but is asking for more money because their consultant missed two windows Now we don't have the option to go with the other company because all of these prices are based on "packages" of windows covered Please provide full refund, we are not satisfied with your service or your bait and switch practices You can have all your treatments back You offered us one price after walking through with your consultant twice, but now are trying to charge more, acknowledging he screwed up There is no more classic bait and switch tactic than this Regards, [redacted] ***

day blinds do not do what they say they will do.I am still waiting for my order to be completed and they already took unauthorized payments from my checking account and I have no satisfaction from them
