Stanley Steemer required a hour window during which they would provide the requested services (9:am - 12:noon) Stanley Steemer missed the hour window by minutes and arrived at 12:pm (I checked my iPhone, so I know the time was accurate) Because the services took ~1/hours, service was not completed until around 1:pm, nearly hours after the beginning of the service window We lost nearly a full day of our vacation
Hired to clean tile and groutTile was unacceptable, called for a second crew to come out and they indicated that there was nothing they could do
Title cleaning was left very splotchie and could not get off Second crew could not correct and they did photograph Scheduled a supervisor to come out Could not wait as our house was being shown by a realtor that day We had one of our own employees come and remove residue left behind by stanley steemer They refuse to refund our $ Unacceptable, would not recommend
