Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I paid $for a planner and only received $back I would like to request a full refund on a planner that I am not able to use I have offered to send the planner back if they provide a return labelDay Designer, from the beginning dismissed my concerns and was defensiveMy concern there was to take ownership and at least try to figure out what they could improve about the design, instead of becoming defensive and ignoring my concerns Belle and Blush took several days to respond and they only offer $refund I have been cut, my clothing has been nicked, my duvets have been nicked, I could go on The planner is destructive, and for that I even requested a soft cover planner instead, but they offer a partial refund, which does not match the amount paid Sincerely, [redacted]

We're terribly sorry to see that the customer feels there has been a lack of attention for her concern. To clarify, she had made a purchase of one our planners through one of our retail partners, not our company. That being said, she had contacted us on 1/17/to voice her concern
regarding her purchase, at which point we asked that she please reach out to the company that she purchased her planner from. We received a message from her today mentioning that she had not received a reply from the purchasing company. We then followed up with the company via phone, and spoke with their store manager. He informed us that they had in fact responded to her emails. They were kind enough to pass along that correspondence to us for review. We have attached two files here; One showing our email exchange with the customer between 1/17/and 1/22/18, and the other showing the email exchange with the customer and the purchasing company between 1/17/and 1/21/18.The purchasing company is a wonderful organization, and has a fantastic customer support team. We are happy to see that they had also immediately responded to the customer's concerns. As you will read, the customer had even thanked them for their quick reply stating, "...thank you for replying so expeditiously".Please let us know if there is any other information that we may provide, or anything else that we may help with concerning this matter.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I paid $60 for a planner and only received $30 back.  I would like to request a full refund on a planner that I am not able to use.  I have offered to send the planner back if they provide a return label. Day Designer, from the beginning dismissed my concerns and was defensive. My concern there was to take ownership and at least try to figure out what they could improve about the design, instead of becoming defensive and ignoring my concerns.  Belle and Blush took several days to respond and they only offer $30 refund.  I have been cut, my clothing has been nicked, my duvets have been nicked, I could go on.  The planner is destructive, and for that I even requested a soft cover planner instead, but they offer a partial refund, which does not match the amount paid.
