show cd, 16xCanvas Print, Gift sheets, and an Wedding AlbumShe did not pay for a lot of printsShe did not pay for locationsThe package comes with Location Ceremony and ReceptionWe don’t print them ourselvesWe send them off to a professional print officeShe didn’t make a lot of her appointmentsShe doesn’t answer phone calls or returns text It states that in the contract that she has to pay the whole amount owed days before the wedding dayWe did not receive the money until after the wedding was over There is a late fee of $owed $for each week.There was no lost paper work on our end No! We do not stand around a wait on anyone to get their hair done Plus she didn’t tell us what time and place she was getting ready until the day of the wedding that morning and she texted that.They didn’t want to do pictures in the churchBut when the ceremony was over we were outside waiting for them to come outside to do the family and group picturesThey decided to go ahead and do them inside of the churchWhere we took the group, family and did creative pictures insideAfter we did the pictures inside of the church we ask if they still wanted to do the outside picturesThey replied that “No! It’s too hot!“ so we left and went to the receptionWere we preceded to taking pictures as they arrived We took all the reception shots and the Creative ones indoors and outdoors We then ask if there were any pictures that they had in mind that they wanted to take and they said in the middle of a busy street on BroadwayThat is where we took more picturesWe had to stop traffic and rush because the sun was setting fast and the traffic was crazy and impatient We said that the street shots were not great because it was a rush job with the sun coming down and trafficBut they said they loved them. We were well prepared we came with photographers, three cameras, outdoors lights, video lights, flashes, different lens, we had batteries for cameras, batteries for flashes, two charges for camera batteries and more… We did not receive the rest of our money until after the wedding was over She thank us for doing a wonderful job, gave us a hugPlus after that we still ask if she wanted some night shotsShe said her and her husband were good and happy with what we had.We was told that the coordinator for her wedding was a family memberSo we ask that person to get the people we need to take the picturesSince we did not know any one there. I *** “ *** was not rude or mean to me in any wayWe work side by side and I did not see her be rude to any of the guest.” They reason for some of the time is because pictures got to be added, slideshow got to be built professionally, album has to be build, prints got be sent off Making appointments, getting in touch with the client and working around other clients’ time. She acts as if she is the only client we have So she wants her pictures when she wants them She wanted them all done in one week and no longer An album can take up to months to build depends on how big the album and how many pictures to put in the album First they have to come out to pick the pictures for their prints and Canvas View the slideshow we look at the slideshow, ok she didn’t not like the slideshow so we had to redo the slideshow and she wanted some extra editing done to some of her pictures. When we created the album they came to viewShe wanted some pictures changed and she wanted to add one of her picture to the album, she said she was going to email itWe made all of the changes that she wantedWe email her about the picture she said she was going to send itIt took her three weeks to send it to us She came in the studio every time(times ) with a rude attitudeCurses out ***, Call her (B) (W) The third time Threatening to do bad things to *** To the point that the cops was about to be called to get her out of the studio Sincerely,*** *** and *** ***Owners, Day in a Life Studio
