Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Airport

I booked this hotel with Hotels.com and after not providing the service promised, this hotel refuses to give a refund.
This hotel provided the worst accommodations I have ever experienced. There were blood stains on the carpets that did not look that old that I had to cover with towels to ensure I did not step there, crumbs on the carpets, a foul smelling bathroom, a broken television, horrible customer service whenever I called down to the lobby and horrible room cleaning service. They never replaced the toilet paper or towels, simply hung up the old ones I had on the floor covering the blood stains and never cleaned the sheets. There were crumbs on the sheets as well. I wrote a terrible review on hotels.com to warn others not to stay here but they never published it. (or they did and removed it). Hotels.com offered me a refund of $100 but the hotel refuses to provide the other $98.51. I just want my money back for a horrible stay. My cousin and I had no choice but to stay there due to it being a holiday weekend and all other hotels/motels in the area had no vacancies.
When you make a purchase at a store and the product is not delivered or broken, you can get your money back from the merchant. There needs to buyer protection for situations like this.
