Apparently no attempt to settle this matter with you will be successful, as you refuse to take responsibility for the falsehoods told when I sighed your documents under false pretenses. As such, I may need pursue legal action  to resolve this matter. While I understand that I signed your as-is form, I did so based on information given me by your agents and your mechanic that the vehicle was in excellent working order. It was, by no means, in perfect working order as my mechanic's inspection and testimony will state. This is fraudulent practice and I will see it ruled as such. Additionally, I contacted your company directly a mere 13 days after the purchase of the vehicle to inform you of the myriad problems with it.

Please note that Mrs. [redacted] purchased a 2006 Ford F350 Powerstroke Diesel with 245789 Miles. At the time of purchase Mrs. [redacted] waived her implied 15 day 500 miles powertrain warranty due to a significant price concession. Please see attached front and back of Buyers Guide signed by Mrs. [redacted] agreeing to these terms. If in fact that a 15 day 500 Miles Implied warranty was honored the warranty was far exceed by mileage time period. The items stated are not drive train problems. This is our second and final response to Revdex.com in the matter of June [redacted] complaint# [redacted]As we responded to June [redacted]s first complaint to Revdex.com. Our position in this matter remains the same. Also let me add the inconsistencies in June [redacted]s statements to Revdex.com. It the first complaint she droveto California and Back which is over the mileage of any implied warranty which is irrelevant as June had waived at the time of purchase in lieu of a sizable price concession. Also June stated she contacted theDealer 15 days after purchase. The next complaint was 13 days after purchase. June had contacted Revdex.com on 09/17/2016, which again which is further exceeded.
