Horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend. I have a hole in my ceiling now.

Mr. has a rude demeanor. He walked inside our place with wet shoes. We asked him to remove his shoes but he said no. He said that they were just wet from snow not mud. His assistant removed his shoes though. He didn't bring booties either so we asked him to cover his shoes with garbage bags so he wouldn't get our floor and carpet wet and drag in melting salts etc.

He also seems to be lacking in knowledge and focused on making money. Our kitchen was leaking and water was appearing on our basement ceiling. He couldn't tell which pipe or faucet from the kitchen was leaking so he cut our ceiling in order to provide an estimate. He didn't do anything in the kitchen to check -- he didn't even turn on the faucet to calculate the amount of leakage or speed at which it would drip below when a faucet was on. He simply proceeded to cut our ceiling and then said it would cost around $500 to fix the pipe (which we later realized wasnt even leaking!!) . He also said that he couldn't fix or arrange to fix the ceiling!!!

We called a different plumber who seemed to know what he was doing. The new plumber informed us that the ceiling didnt need to be cut at all. He also found the problem from the kitchen (faucet needs replacement, NOT the pipe)!!! He will be charging under 100. He will also help us fix our ceiling, which now has a hole.

We received a call from the owners of the house and they said that they had water leaking from the basement ceiling and they need somebody ASAP. I told them I could be there within 3 hours because we were really busy.
When we got there at 3 p.m. there was a pile of snow on the porch Wii cleaner shoes and went inside. I asked her where the kitchen was because that is where I suspected the leak to be coming from. She said no the kitchen line is not leaking it's in the basement I told her I need to take a look in case it is leaking under the sink she said okay. I checked under under the kitchen sink which was very messy, but there was no water leaking so we went down to the basement and she showed me where the leak was in the ceiling of the basement. I told her there is no way I can find out where the leak is coming from in the basement ceiling. I told her the only way we can take a look at the problem inside is if we cut a hole in the ceiling which is already soaking wet and dripping water. Once we cut it open I can see where the problem is coming from. But I also told her that if I cut open the ceiling I will not be responsible to fix it back since it already is damaged anyways. I also told her that after I see the problem I will give her an estimate for the job and if she does not like the price she is more than welcome to call another company but she would have to pay for the service I did that day which is $140 and she agreed. So with their permission I cut open the ceiling that was already damaged with from the water and I saw two copper pipes going into the beam, both were wet and dripping so I told her it would be best if she replaced both pipes and if I were to do the job it would be $500. She agreed and said that will be fine I told her I would be back the next day to start the job because I had to order parts and she said okay. The next day before we went to the location I called her to tell her that we are on our way and she told me she would like to cancel me because she found another handyman who would do the job for $100 I said that's fine but I need to be paid for the service call I did the day before. The reason they are complaining and writing to the Revdex.com is because they want to avoid paying my service fee of $140.

Get my deposit of $500, but with verbal concellation of job due to unreasonable high charge, no return of $340, after paying $160 for two hour work
Called Day & Night on Mar 13th to fix the kitchen sink drain problem, they came and use snake to try fix it without success. Scheduled to come on Mar 15th to fix that, with two additional jobs: replace manifolds of water and install hose for garage, with price in total $1600. Go to ***, paid cash of $500 for deposit. Late night Mar 13th, we decided to cancel the manifolds service because the manifolds is related to kitech,the replace of manifold cannot solve the problem. *** from Day & Night then quotas both kitchen and garage jobs for $1200. That's so expensive.We cancelled the service through phone and agreed to pay $160 for what they did on Mar 13. *** agreed to get $340 back. He mentioned that he will pay us back on Mar 15th, but no show, and after communication, he asked my email for transfer, no response after we provided. On Mar 17th, he said he will come to drop it off, no show. On Mar 18th, promised to come at 13:00pm, no show. We still have not got money back.

we got a call from this customer and we had a verbal agreement to get the job done and the price was agreed upon so he gave us the deposit. so we went and purchased the parts and all the new plastic parts for the job that needed to be done. the next day we showed up and after working 3 and a half hour in the basement the customer called my employee outside and they went out and when they did the customer told them to stay there and they waited outside for 45 mins and he did not come back out and called us and said that he didn't want to finish the job. so we left and some of our materials were left in the house. that is why the deposit was not returned because half the work was done and we had some materials left at the house. once we start the job after a verbal agreement and the job is started we do not refund any deposits. if we receive a deposit and the work is not started, only then we can refund the deposit

we deal with a lot of customers like this that get half the work done and then back out for whatever reason. this is why we request a deposit before hand.
