The complaint that we are having is that this company will not send an itemized invoice explaining what services were done, at what rate per hourThe only invoice we have received back to back, gives 'amount agreed on by insurance' and 'total due by customer'Along with no itemized invoice, the invoices we have received have incorrect dates and do not correlate with our actual service day
