Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]I am once again submitting my complaint and am surprised by Day & Night's dishonest reply Day & Night did NOT put gravel around the frost-free It was NOT explained that it wasn't under warranty any longer I was told by Stacy, Shane's daughter, on Monday, Aug7th, that he would be out to fix the line or at least look at it on Tues, Aug 8th after 3pm At 4:pm, I called Shane and he stated that he had a problem with his current job and would be out later on Tues At 7:pm on Tues evening, he still had NOT shown up, nor did he call I called both of his phone numbers and there was NO RESPONSE He nor any of his staff have called me at all
The original water line was replaced and unfortunately there was a defective part. We did return shortly after the installation to replace the defective part, but did not have any further complications. There was gravel placed appropriately, and for a year there has been no problems....
It was explained that it was no longer under warranty. We most certainly would have sent a technician out to take care of this problem, it was explained that he was out of town and would return in a few days. This was not acceptable to the customer. We apologize for any miscommunication, however, the customer has a few facts that are incorrect, and she would have been presented with an invoice either from us or another company. We can not not will we consider a return of funds for a problem that another company claims was an issue when there were clearly no problems for a years time.
