I have had problems with Day One since last October. I went in and saw Dawn A[redacted] for a check and renewal of 3 prescriptions for maintenance drugs, which I had to get by mail. I also made an appointment for a blood test. When I did not get my scrips I contacted the drug company. They said only one was sent in. To make a long story short, the dug company said whoever entered them did it wrong. I ended up having to pay for them because of Ms. a[redacted]'s error. Then n Dcember I went in for the blood test. They said I was not scheduled for a blood test and to check with Regional Labs. They said I wasn't scheduled. Then in January I got a letter from Day One saying I was supposed to have a blood test in December but missed it and to reschedule. So I called them to schedule and give them my new nsurance info. They said the billing info on the back of m card was wrong and they needed to see the card. So. Made an appointment for he blood draw for 11.30 that morning, Feb. 19. I was there at 11.15, and showed the card. They said have a seat and they would call me. At 12.05, I realized I was the only one left the waiting room, and there was only one person at the counter. I went to the counter and asked when they would call me. The girl gave me a panicky look, sad "just a minute" and went down the hall. She came back with another woman, who apologized and said the lab tech was out to lunch and they would "get you in first as soon as the tech got back from lunch." I was too mad to wait another hour or two. I told her "no. I'm leaving." And went out the door.
I was happy with Dr. G[redacted] the one time I saw him. But everyone else (Dawn A[redacted] and the rest of the staff) are all completely worthless and have obviously never received training.
