I am rejecting this response because: As soon as the work is completed I will accept his response. This can go on and on as a he said she said. I have the e-mails to support my side of the story. There has not been 6 installers to my house. There has been [redacted]( multiple times) and 3 Hispanics that came to try to complete the work that [redacted] somehow mysteriously disappeared for several days in a row.I still have pictures of the trim work that was supposedly done correctly for anyone to judge if I am so difficult to satisfy. There is the fading of j-channel and siding that was cleaned with acetone.[redacted], needs to keep his word and complete the job as he advertised.
Regards,
[redacted]

Let me start by saying the material that we used on Mr. [redacted] song house was a special order item and getting additional material is a 10 day to two week process. I realized early on that itwas going to be difficult if not impossible to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. We changed installers multiple time, we...

ordered and re-ordered material multiple times, we have window openings that we have done and re-done multiple times. I have looked at work that mr. [redacted] wasn't satisfied with and for the life of me couldn't tell what was wrong, anyway we would reinstall it. This went on and on and continues to go on. I have never refused doing any requests and have always returned calls and continue to try to achieve what I long ago realized may never happen, to satisfy this customer. Regrettably after 6 different installers and enough material to do one and a half houses I am still trying to satisfy this customer ! I may add is the first complaint I have ever had in thousands of installations.

Owner is suppose to be at our house today 1-14-2016 to try to resolve the issues. If he doesn't I will follow up with the requested information\[redacted]

Attached are 2 pictures of the bathroom window that I have been trying to get resolved since 10-11-15.Also is the e-mail thread from the time I first notified [redacted] about the window. As you can read he has said severaltimes he would get out to fix only to not show or not even call as he said he would.I also included in the e-mail where I am following  up with things that I had previously had contacted him about.I can also send pictures of those. The discoloration doesn't show in  picture from where the installer used acetone to clean the excess caulk from around a few of the window. One of the other pictures shows where the trim was cut short and the installer attempted to cover it upwith caulk, only the caulk has shrunk and now you can see how bad it looks.Bottom line is I would like completed correctly for what I paid for and what [redacted] told me he would produce.

Mr. [redacted]'s repairs have been completed. I owe him for a screen that he is in the process of getting a price on which I will forward to him. Thank You

we have rented a house for 6 years and in that time they have fixed nothing wrong with the property and have no concern that their actions are destroying our belongings. I would highly recommend renters to look elsewhere because they do not care about you as a tenant. unfortunately they are not very reasonable, friendly, caring landlords

We have been tenants with Day Property Management for going on 4 years. Positively speaking they do CARE about their tenants, get issues taken care of: EXAMPLE furnace went out and was fixed the same day! Professional Customer Service!

When I met Day Properties, I thought it was the answer to my problems as a landlord. These guys know what they are doing and have been managing and maintaining properties for long enough to do very well. However, phone calls do go unreturned & communication when there are issues needing attention is poor. In my opinion, they run themselves too thin. I feel I was overpromised, and under-delivered. Geographically, I had doubts they could really service my property, like drive past it twice a week, see if the snow has been removed, keep an eye on it. Nothing that was done (and eventually I paid for), was anything that I could not have done remotely, which is unfortunate....because I paid for it.

Really nice guys, great people who are good at what they do. I think they need to scale down their customer base or higher more help answering the phone and servicing properties, otherwise it is not a good deal I would recommend anyone sign up for.

I realize the court system is an avenue we are all entitled to take if dissatisfied, but people are busy. Sometimes its best to move on from a bad situation.

While I am not one to normally write reviews, I am looking at Property Managers for a different property elsewhere, and it is bringing back some bad memories. If I can spare someone the grief I had....then its worth it.

Would just like to share my experience with this company. From the start things were good but it took a turn fast. I have found that these people are very rude. They never return phone calls and it's next to impossible to get them to fix anything with the property you are renting. They made illegal entries into the property and even took my personal items. I recommend you stear away from these people if your looking for rental units.

We moved into our home in May, managed by Day Property Managment...we had a difficult time with our previous land lord and day property was a refreshing change. Everything was very organized and up front, and they worked with us when we had to change dates of signing the lease. We had a couple issues arise in the house and upon calling day property they addressed the issue right away, put me in touch with a repair person and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!

I am currently residing in one of Day Property Management apartments on [redacted]. It is March 22, 2014 and this past winter was one of wisconsins harshest winter. During that time our water pump to our BMW had busted due to the freezing temperatures. My husband and I could not work on repairing the car because of the weather so we decided it would be alright for it to sit through the weather since it was parked out of the way of other vehicles. When snow plowers would come through to shovel the parking lot, they would pile the snow right next to our car and the shed. I didn't understand why they simply couldn't pile the snow on the opposite side of the shed where the garbage dumpster side had plenty of room and where not many residents parked. Soon after we had received a parking citation on our broken BMW from the police department stating that we could not park our car on private property. That private property was where we resided! About a week later after the citation, my husband finds our BMW missing. No note was left behind. We had called the police believing they had taken our car. The police said that would be between our landlord and us. We had gone to the landlords office and two ladies were working inside. They had no idea much less the whereabouts of our car. One of the ladies even asked if we were looking to sell our car. They told my husband to go to the police department. We got there and they said for us to speak to our management office again because they do not tow cars. Once again we were at a dead end. We finally called another lady from the management office, [redacted]. She was currently on vacation and told us that she had called [redacted] to tow our car because she didn't know who the owners were. She simply apologized and that was that. I couldn't understand why she did not simply leave a note on every residents door asking who the owners were to save all the trouble. At least leave notes on the apartment building that our car was parked next to, which was our building. Neighbors could even state that the owners of the BMW were living on the property because they had seen my husband and I try to fix our car. My husband got a hold of the towing company and claimed his car. One of the representatives for Bobs towing company, [redacted] said that they had broken parts of our car on both rear ends because they had hooked it wrong. They were getting it repaired on their expense. [redacted] had told my husband he had no idea that [redacted] had not at least notified the residents and would be reporting it back to his company so that further expenses would be avoided. They did a good job on repairing but wanted us to pay for when they towed the car in the first place. We paid them but we were unhappy because we could of had this avoided if [redacted] had simply left a note on our building to claim the car or if they had records of every residents car. We had called [redacted] to let her know we were taking the amount we paid the towing company off the rent since they didnt bother to offer to pay for their wrong doing. My husband called her for three days and left voicemails. We still haven't received a call back and its been about a week now. I feel our management is unorganized and very unprofessional. Would never rent with Day Property Management ever again much less recommend to anyone.

I have been back north for five years now, this is only the third time I have to move and, I must say that searching to rent with Day Property has been the smoothies ever......... Everything was explained, and questions answered by a staff that appears to LOVE what they do......THANK YOU ALL for your time and help....But most of all I respect your honesty....'

I have had a great experience with Day Property Management. I love my home and all the amenities I have. I would and have recommended this management company to friends and family.

We hired them to rent out one half of our duplex when we moved out of State. Upon unexpectedly returning to Wisconsin, we discovered the property was being mismanaged and they were not addressing issues with our renter. They were aware of these issues as an employee of theirs was involved with the tenant. This was admitted to by both parties and pay stubs from Day Property for the employee were found in the house. We were told that they found a "qualified" renter. This couldn't be farther from the truth. The gentleman they placed in there had an eviction on his record, something we MADE CLEAR would not be allowed for anyone they placed in our unit, he smoked and did not employment. They also knew he was on TEMPORARY housing assistance and that it had a date that it would run out, this they also FAILED to inform us of. After we discovered the unit was being trashed and thier personal "handyman" had not installed a door properly, and in fact caused new damage, we terminated thier services. We wrote a letter expressing our dismay with all of this only to find out that they shared that letter in less than 24 hours with the tenant!!! And we have text messages to prove it. We ultimately ended up having to go to court and have the tenant evicted. I have spoken with another lady who also employeed thier services only to find out that she also had the same HORENDOUS experience! And then the professional restoration service we had to hire to clean out our unit said that they do this often others who make the dire mistake of hire this so called "Professional Management" company. In 10 years of owning a rental we have NEVER had this poor of service and now are selling the house as we never want to have to deal with this again.

This place helped me so much when I moved back to Wisconsin, they were very understanding about my situation and helped me get my own apartment! I am very thankful I was recommended to them as all the other company's just treated me like and application and not a person!!

I've only had to deal with Day Property Management for a short period of time but within that time everyone has been very helpful and all the girls in the office are very very nice people to have to deal with!

I had a wonderful experience in dealing with this agency. They are extremely understanding and wonderful to work with. Very down to earth. I would refer anybody to use this property management company.
