I ordered a double stroller from Paws & Pals to be shipped to Canada. As it would not allow me to purchase online, I ordered it over the phone. I was charged from this company, however (Oxgord). Although they promptly charged my credit card, they never sent me the item. I contacted them a few times by phone to verify my purchase through email (please send me a receipt).

I waited 6 weeks before contacting them again, only to be told my item hadn't shipped and they didn't know when it would be shipped. Yet again, they promised to follow up in 24 hours by email to let me know about status - which they didn't do.

I waited a day and contacted them again and still the run around about the item - them not even knowing whether or not it had been shipped. I told them I wanted a refund and they didn't seem to care. They said they'd contact me by email with a status update. Again, no email.

I finally ended up contacting VISA to complain about the company and its complete lack of communication. They are refunding me my purchase and mailing amount and taking it up with the company.

To summarize, I purchased through Paws and Pals, was charged by thecarcover.com and emails came from Oxgord Inc, XXXXX Avalon Blvd. Gardena, CA XXXXX under the email address of daytodayimports.com.

My story is much like the person's listed below. I did not know I was dealing with Oxgord, thinking it was Paws and Pals. Buyer Beware!

My package was returned to them accidentally and they refuse to send it back or discuss it further.

which shows it leaving Salem, OR and being sent BACK to the Shipped From Address, which is OxGord.

My son, ***, order Car Seat Covers from OxGord. They do not ship to Alaska, where my son lives, so *** had them shipped here to Salem. I added some personal items to the package, crossed off the Salem address and added his Alaska address plus my return address. I took it to an Annex Post Office that only had a Cash Register and none of the Post Office machines. The lady there accepted the package, added the extra insurance, peeled off a Tracking Label from a sheet of labels and attached one to the package and the other to my Insurance form. The issue was that a Regular Post Office that picked it up read the SHIPPED FROM address and assigned the Tracking Label # to the SHIPPED FROM address, instead of the Alaska address that was on the package. I tracked the package that was delivered back to the original shipper, OxGord in CA. I called the Post Office for assistance, but because their postal employee mis-read the address and used the SHIPPED FROM address, there is nothing they can or will do. I contacted ***, who is the Manager of Customer Service for OxGord and gave him all of this information along with the Tracking #. I explained that there were personal items I had added to the package and I wanted it back. He was to investigate and get back to me *** by 6 P.M. He never. I called several times on 12/13/2018 and was finally told he asked for me to leave my email address and he would get back to me. That never happened. I called again today and he was still too busy to talk with me. I finally called back a 2nd time today (12/14/2018) and said if I didn't hear back by noon, I would contact both the FTC and the Revdex.com. Apparently that doesn't seem to bother him, because it is now after 1:00 and there is no email or phone call from ***. Each phone call I have made, I have explained I wanted it to be there by Christmas and that there are now personal items inside. This package was originally paid for in full, so they have no right to withhold it from us.

We will gladly try to get your carcovers replaced if you have not already been refunded. We will speak with our returns department to see if we can find your other contents that were in the package. This is not a guarantee for we are not responsible for wrong items sent to us. Please contact our customer service Manager at *** so that we can get this issue resolved.

Missing Parts
I ordered a 10 x 30 party tent. Shipped in a timely manner, received in good condition so all seemed well. When I finally went to assemble it, I found that it had been improperly packed with 1 pole missing. When I contacted customer service they replied quite quickly. They would do nothing because it was beyond 30 days. I reached out to the manufacturer, Oxford.com, they too will do nothing even though they state a 1 year warranty with proof of purchase. I know have a tent that cannot be used and 2 different companies that will do nothing. Oxford.com doesn't even reply at all. They promised me someone would contact me and have not. The last rep that I spoke with told me it might be a problem because they only have 1 in stock. Just a total disappointment. Beware!!

I just need the one pole.

This has been satisfied and resolved by the seller shortly after filing the complaint. I was sent a replacement.

Horrible customer Service. They never answer the phone. I ordered a product from them was billed for it and then never got it. Was told that they sent me an email to let me know that it was out of stock but they also said that they see that I did not get this email. They still charged me for the product. Then was told it was on back order. I told them that they had already charged me for it. they said that they will get it in in a month. Stupid me said OK ship it then. I had to call back in a month to get it. Now I have it and item does not fit my car. Calling back to customer service but getting no answers. Great company NOT.... Do not buy from these guys.
