My family was very pleased with the care our loved one received at the Brian Center in Low Moor , VABUT we are very unhappy wit the financial side of thingsOur Mother passed away on Sept8thWe were "self pay" Our Mom was released from *** *** on Spetnd ( unexpectedly ) We were told she had only a few days to live, at mostWe had NO way to physically or emotionally care for her at homeSo we contacted the Brian Center......they said they could take her if her came up with almost before she got there We really scrambled to come up with that money within hrs of her arrival timeIt was hard but we did itWhile my daughter &I I filled out all the paper work, we were told that if my Mom passed before the time we had paid for , we could expect a refund of money owed us in weeks from time of deathWell, it's been over weeks & we have yet to receive the money owed usI have been calling for & a half months , with NO refund received yet, We were expected to come up with almost dollars within hours but yet it has been over weeks with NO refund ? The care Mom received there was WONDERFULNo complaintsBut it will be a cold day in hell before we use the brian Center for our needs because of this slowness & disrespect for our financial situationI have talked to many people who have said that they have experienced the same thing when it came to getting money back from this companyI'm not one to complain but this has really been a slap in the face to usRegardless of the care received we will never use this agency again for our needsI didn't want to post this but I feel like I have been more than patient with this agency
