walked out of the store and she came back after hour or little over and asking my employee if he can exchange the dreams with Marlboro pack because she don't like the taste . My employee explains her that he can't exchange the pack or refund the money because she opened the pack and walked out of store. It's law you can't exchange or refund the money when somebody is out of the store. She should know before what she is buying.If she don't like the flavor then we are not responsible for that . She asked for pack of dreams and we gave her pack of dreams which she looked carefully that its vanilla. Now if she don't like it then what we can do and she is making excuses that she ask for dreams cigarettes and we gave her dreams cigars. There is no cigarette available in the market by the name dreams . The only pack of dreams is available in market which we sold her. I hope now you guys understand the situation.
