Daylight and Darkness is a great place to take your car to. The owners are very pleasant and both have great customer service. My experience with then when I went to get my windows tinted for the first time was great! So great that when I got a new car I went to them for the second time to get that car's window tinted. The pricing is very reasonable and they do a good job tinting windows. I personally would recommended this place to anyone. I live in Fort Wayne now and would drive an hour and half away to Elkhart to get work done on my car by Daylight and Darkness.

The owner of this business was a "no-call, no-show" for a scheduled appointment at my house to apply some window film to a window. After ME calling HIM 1/2 hour after the appointment time to see why he didn't show up, he gave the excuse that "he needed to come over and measure the window to get the exact measurements." After telling him that I took the measurements from a previous work order that he had applied window film to this same exact window in the past, he then stated that he would order the window film that would be necessary to do the job, and would call me when the film came in, "which should be in by the end of this week." I never heard from him again, and that has been approximately 1 1/2 months ago. His professional behavior has much to be desired and I would not recommend his services to anyone because of his poor customer service.
