A FULLY INSURED treadmill was shipped to me and arrived on a pallet, wrapped in black. Looked good on the outside. When I opened the wrapping, I found it had been dropped on the upright and all the plastic parts broken, the front upright frame tweaked and wood embedded into the treadmill front braces. Interestingly, there was no front wood panel when it arrived, so I suspect that the shipping Company dropped it, removed the wood and continued to ship it (leaving the wood embedded into the front brace). I contacted them within 30 MINUTES of delivery, provided many photos and nearly 2 months later, they rejected the claim. They are hiding behind I signed the form when the delivery guy put it in my garage, despite it being CONCEALED damage. This is a shameful practice and nearly 60 days after delivery, the treadmill sits in my garage still attached to the crate base. Working with my vendor, but looks like legal action is next. I remind you again, this was a FULLY INSURED shipment from the merchant. SHAMEFUL Company and would strongly advise against using DAYLIGHT transport.

We were away spoke to customer today and we are going there this Wednesday 4**/ to rectify any problem

First of the customer didn't state that she had appointments set up to put this part in and that she canceled both appointments not the day before but the day like an hour before.I had to work around these appointment that she set up and then cancel I could have been doing all the work it would have been nice if she canceled the day before I have no problem giving them back their money last two wasted service call trips and the cost of the part I cannot send the part back I will send it to the customer just give me an address

I am sorry that this customer waited along time for this repair.I was involved in a bad accident that took some time to get over and a family member in the hospital.A refund check has been sent out October **,in the amount of $at the customers request

We never got paid for what we did if anything I should call a debt collector to get paid

The dishwasher NEVER worked after the first test cycle.  I  am a single woman . I also work and travel so I don't run the washer more than once a month.  The FIRST time I tried to use it it didn't work.  That is when I called the company and am still waiting for a call back

finished the job, since the dryer still squeaked, and refused to call back, despite multiple calls & messages. We had to pay someone else to finish fixing the dryer.
