[redacted] ***'s [redacted] had damage in the tail light area prior to his car wash at Premier I inspected the tail light after the wash and found that the bracket designed to hold the tail light had parts of it missing from what appeared to be singed or melted plastic and an entire corner was missing This prevented the bracket from holding the tail light to the bracket The tail light could be temporarily slipped into the bracket but held there very loosely and eventually work its way loose from the bracket and end up hanging by its wires Which is exactly what it was doing after the car wash I know people don't want to hear bad news about their cars I truly tried to politely explain this to [redacted] *** He became emotional and would not listen He abruptly drove off[redacted] referred to new equipment in the wash This new equipment is about years old and has washed thousands of cars with no damage.I always feel bad when customers are not happy with our service As a gesture of thanking [redacted] for his patronage I would be happy to offer him a free "Works Wash" worth $after tax.I would be happy to watch and offer [redacted] the opportunity to watch every step of the car wash as his [redacted] is washedThanks, Joe
