Staff are not aware of Club Package privileges of early check in and late check out. This was explained ad nauseum in my original complaint. I had to show front desk staff the online advertising for early check in on the days inn website. This was also acknowledged as being an error by days inn staff through email correspondence. My previous check in I had the same issues which is why I did not book online. These issues were acknowledged previously by [redacted] customer service. At that time front desk staff also were not aware of early check in privileges with Club Package.Club package states complimentary breakfast, however reply states breakfast package may be purchased.

The response the Business has provided is not true.  I booked the room for July [redacted] at 10 PM on July [redacted].  There is no way whatsoever that I could have called before the room was booked to inquire about changing the date.  I did call the front desk shortly after 10 PM on July [redacted] and asked the desk person to change the date or cancel the room.  The person at the desk said that I needed to make this request through [redacted].  I am immediately called [redacted] on July [redacted] shortly after 10 PM and explained the situation.  The [redacted] rep told me that they needed to get approval from the manager,  and since it was so late at night they left a message and agreed to get back to me on July [redacted].  At 1 PM on July [redacted], I got a call from [redacted] saying the manager of the hotel never called them back,  by 2 o'clock they had gotten a hold of a manager,  Who denied my request for a refund or date change.  Every effort to obtain a refund or change the date was made on July [redacted].  Further efforts were made on July 11 due to inability to reach a hotel manager, which is not my fault.  I was told by the hotel customer service person on July [redacted] that I needed to go through [redacted] to make any change the reservation.  I also left a message for the hotel manager myself on July [redacted] that was never returned.  There was no shortage of communication on my part with regard to obtaining a refund or changing the date.  However, there was a very delayed response from the hotel in getting back to [redacted],  conveniently after the date of the reservation had passed.

Kindly note that the guest booked his room at the hotel itself and not online. However he booked a club room only and not a club package. However he keeps referring to the amenities of the package which are listed online but he didn’t book any of that. The guest stayed with us on a room only basis and was given a discounted rate when he made his booking at the hotel itself. I have attached a copy of his confirmation letter for your perusal.   However the guest still feels that he was inconvenienced and for that I can credit him the price of breakfast for two for his one night stay in February 2015. I had offered this before aswell and I believe the guest had declined the offer.   Thank you,

Review: I stayed at the Days Hotel in New York at the Christmas Day. Today (01/**/2016) I checked my credit card balance and the pre-authorization (25 USD) in my card was not removed after my check-out (12/**/2015).Desired Settlement: I want that the pre-preauthorization debit be removed.

Review: Website clearly states that a "Club Package Room" provides complimentary breakfast, early check-in by noon, late check-out by 2pm.

First time staying there, hotel staff were apparently unaware of early check-in policy advertised. After check-out informed customer service, who apologized and provided compensation.

Incident occurred again, where staff again stated they were unaware of such advertising. The advertising was shown to front desk staff. Was not able to check in until 2 hours after arrival. Brought this issue up again with customer service. Hotel maintains they are not aware of this advertising. Unable to speak to any managers in the hotel directly. Only communicating through email. Eventually became frustrated at the lack of participation of management. Now am reporting to Revdex.com.

There also is absolutely no complimentary breakfast, although issues concerning me were only the early check-in.Desired Settlement: Either discontinuance of advertised claim, or honoring advertised claim.
