April 29, I am responding to a complaint issued by [redacted] , against the Days Inn & Suites Lancaster, The guest was charged for smoking in a non-smoking roomThe Days Inn & Suites is 100% nonsmoking, All the guest rooms have the proper signage instructing the guest the fee for smoking in these roomsThe guest was charged due to the report from the housekeeping staff that cleaned their room after the guest's departure.As a onetime courtesy have removed the charge for the smoking violation from the guest folio as of today and they should see the refund in their account within 7-business days.If you have any further question, please contact me directly.Kathy HAGM
