He is not being truthful in his response to work with [redacted]. Per my many conversations with [redacted], the responsibility to change the booking is completely on the hotel. This manager is either being contradictory on purpose, or is unaware of how his company works. Either way, this is not resolved.

Review: On 04-23-2014 I made a reservation at the Days Inn and Suites in Green Bay Wisconsin. At the time of the reservation I was assured of the cancelation policy being up to 24 hours before the date of the reservation which in this case was for Sunday November 9th to Monday November 10. My reservation number Itinerary number was[redacted] Upon making my reservation I was assured by the hotel employee that no charges would be placed on my credit card until check in or upon failure to cancel within the required 24 hour notice. I was told that the total for my rooms would be $514.78 and would be due upon checking. As always I was told that a credit card was needed to hold the reservation. I understand this is standard with any hotel reservation and I gladly gave a visa number to hold the reservation. On May 1st 2014 I was contact by Visa concerning my account. I was told that I was over the credit limit on the card. I had no idea why. Upon looking at the statement I found the credit card charge for the room reservations at the Days Inn that I had recently made. I then tried calling the Days Inn and made contact with a female employee. When I explained who I was and that I was questioning the charges I was promptly "hung up on". I tried calling back and was once again "hung up on". At that point not knowing for sure what was going on with the reservation or my credit card account number I worked with Visa to Dispute the charges. On May 19th 2014 I received an email from Travelscape concerning my stoppage/dispute of the charges. I was told to either email or call immediately or I was in jeporady of losing my reservation. Wanting to talk to a person I called [redacted] at ###-###-#### hoping to talk to a live person and resolve the problem. I left a voice mail at that extension. No return call ever. On May 22 2014 I receive a email from Days Inn canceling my Itinerary Number for my reservation. This is fraud and a joke. I have been coming to GB for years to see PackersDesired Settlement: I want assistance getting a hotel room at a reputable hotel in the GB area that isn't operating a fraud telling customers that their card will not be charged until check in and then charging their card and refusing to work thru the dispute. I have been coming to GB for years to see the Packers play. Love the town until now. I am angry. My plans for this years visit are "trashed" because of a Days Inn Fraud and Scam. There are no other hotels in the area with availabilities for that night.
