We apologize that the property did not meet Mr. [redacted]'s expectations of Days Inn high standard of guest service. Customer Care has resolved the situation with Mr. [redacted] via a check in the amount of $80.

I did not ask for a refund or a free night or anything like that. I requested that they STOP their false advertising and as of today 9/18 their website indicates that they still offer smoking rooms when this is NOT TRUE!

Customer care has issued a full refund and will be sending a check to the guest. We apologize for the inconveniences!
