Review: This is what happened, I checked in to the hotel at 7 am in the morning with my friend, and we were supposed to check out the next day before 11 AM. We went to the room and went straight to bed because we were exhausted. I woke up at 11:50 AM in the same morning and tried to get ready to go out. After I cleaned myself and planned to pack up to have lunch with my friend, but we both found a [redacted] roach on the blanket! A BIG LIVE ONE! We literally flipped the blanket as all human beings would do... The roach was still alive and lay on it's back on the carpet. And we immediately called the front desk to report this issue. The front desk staff said she sent someone up already to manage this. We waited 5 minutes, and we found another one behind the bed! But we couldn't catch it, because it ran. We called again, and the staff said she already sent someone up with an annoyed tone. We waited again for 15 minutes, but no one came. We decided to scoop the roach into a plastic cup and showed to the front desk. The front desk staff saw it and asked if we wanted to change the room, but we did not want to stay there anymore, so we asked for a refund. One of the front desks said that it never happened in this hotel, so she couldn't do anything about it and she was very disrespectful. We were very angry and asked to see a manager. But this manager said the same nonsense. This is what he said: [redacted].

This is so [redacted]!!!!! Because they were implying that we brought the [redacted] roach to the room and tried to live for free. They also said we were drunk which caused us to do something cheap and crazy.

This can be an endless review because there is no words in any languages could possibly describe my feeling and anger!Desired Settlement: That should apologize to the inconviene that we had and refund the money that we asked for not turn around and said we bought it in!

Review: Booked this hotel room for a friend. The hotel first off was being renovated, but the room he stood in had blood stained curtains, and the sheet were dirty also. They did not notice until they woke up in the morning, also when he went to go grab a cup the plastic was full of blood as well. This is the most disgusting place, and they're filthy. We complained to the front desk person, who did not clearly understand English, and did not know how to speak English well either, her communication level was very minimal.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund for that night, also this place needs to be inspected, it's filthy, nobody should stay there until the place has been fully checked.
