June 2, Dear [redacted] ,I am writing in reference to the complaint number [redacted] submitted on 5/23/We have refunded [redacted] his stay at the Days Inn and would like to apologize for any problems relating to his stay 5/26/This should be reflected in his credit card statement shortly if not already.We have converted to a new computer system through Wyndham and it has over book the hotel on certain datesWe pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service and we have solved the computer problemunfortunately several guest were affected by this overbooking situation.Once again we apologize to [redacted] for any inconvenience this may have caused him!I will fill out the Standard business questionnaire online!Sincerely,

My wife son and myself stayed at this location of Days Inn from October 7th to October 9th While staying our water smelled like dirty dog, the air conditioner wasn't working properly, they had an old promotion of staying nights get $rewards gift cards signs out even though it expired September 6th, and the breakfast at 8:AM was being put away even though it was suppose to be out until 9:AMI told my concerns to hotel staff and when priceline called to get me my refund management told me they weren't going to issue a refund and that they would give me a complementary stay at that location (won't be out there again because I was there for my brothers wedding in which they both live on the other side of the state)I am requesting a full refund of the $I lost on this terrible stay
