I never received an email discussing a confirmation and a $parking fee My phone records will prove they phoned me and a woman who hardly spoke English just confirmed that I was coming I also completely disagree with forcing me to sign a blank credit card receipt Again, if I didn't have my son with me, I would of left, but I had no other choice I was handled rudely and taken advantage of I am not asking for a refund I just feel bad for all the other people taken advantage of by this dirty, rude, and overpriced hotel

at 2:36 PM from us informing you that the parking fee of $65 was not
included.  You replied to that reservation confirmation email on 6/30/15
at 2:33:12 and confirmed your reservation.
You are simply mistaken and it
is quite impossible for you to respond to the reservation confirmation email
without having received it. The fact that you keep insisting that you were not informed despite written communication records to the contrary, indicates to me that at best you may have simply forgotten that you confirmed your reservation, with all terms listed (including parking fee) on email which was sent to you on 6/29/15.  Which is no fault of the hotel.

event for free. Contact the hotel for more details.

website, it states the following prominently in larger bold italic fonts in
different color fonts and different color background:
Please Note: Parking is free except during special events at AT
and T Stadium. Stay 2 consecutive nights during special events, and park 1 car
for 1 event for free! Call hotel for more details. 
 
You were also sent a reservation confirmation email on
6/29/15 at 20:36:15.
On that email, it is clearly stated that:
“Parking Fee for one car for one event: $65.00  
IS NOT  INCLUDED WITH ROOM RATE“
 
You acknowledged receipt of reservation confirmation email
and confirmed the number of room on 6/30/15 at 02:33:12.
 
A review of your room record does not reveal that you had
notified our front desk clerks with any other concerns during your stay. 
Since you chose to use our services and facilities, I can only assume that
these concerns were minor in nature as they did not rise to the level where you
would have checkout immediately.
 
For goodwill, we are offering you a $65 credit to be used
toward your next stay with us within 360 days of this email. This credit can be
used but not refunded nor assigned.  To use this credit just present a
copy of this email at check-in during your next stay with us and inform me by
email next time you are planning to come to our area.
