RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] This Business DID indeed charge our members for our rooms. I have documents to prove it which I have submitted to Expedia This business is hiding the truth of the matter. It is correct that DAYS INN EUFAULA did not charge our account / credit card however as I have stated repeatedly : We made our reservations through EXPEDIA DAYS INN EUFAULA then charged us additionally for the rooms. No one in our camp has said that DAYS INN CHARGED OUR CLUB CLUB We ARE saying however that once the Charges were made why were the guest charged again for rooms by DAYS INN EUFAULA At best- the reservations were not honored by DAYS INN EUFAULA OR Days INN and EXPEDIA are cohorts in usury- our assertions stand. Our expectations were that we made reservations in good faith through Expedia for rooms at DAYS INN EUFAULA. DAYS INN EUFAULA then accepted additional payments from our members for rooms that were already paid for. The "MANAGER" himself said that Expedia receives 25% of the monies from the reservations made . Assuming the manager is correct he received additional monies from the sale of those rooms to us. DAYS INN EUFAULA is just as culpable as EXPEDIA because they never honored the fact that the rooms had been paid for through Expedia. FURTHER, THIS IS A HASSLE- IF DAYS INN EUFAULA IS THE LEAST BIT CONCERNED, IT APPEARS THAT LOOKING INTO THE ISSUES ON ITS MERIT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE. THE RESPONSE HAS BEEN TO WASH THEIR HANDS OF IT AND SAY ITS NOT MY PROBLEM.. DAYS INN EUFAULA ACCEPTED PAYMENT FOR ROOMS WITH KNOWLEDGE THAT RESERVATIONS HAD BE MADE THROUGH EXPEDIA. THOSE MEMBERS SHOULD HAVE SIGNED IN AND BEEN GIVEN A KEY. THEY WERE CHARGED BY DAYS INN AND I HAVE THE DOCUMENTS FROM EACH MEMBER WHO OCCUPIED A ROOM ON THE DAYS IN QUESTION AND WE WILL USE EVERY LEGAL MEANS NECESSARY TO RIGHT THE WRONG WITH OR WITHOUT THE COOPERATION OF DAYS INN EUFAULA.

The hotel has advised Mr*** reserved his five rooms by expedia and the prpoerty did not charge him.
