Days Inn Flagstaff

I hope the Revdex.com never accredit this horrible hotel! The front desk/manager/owner should not be in the hospitality businessRooms are dirty and the staff unfriendly So sad for Flagstaff to have a place like this in your wonderful townIt really should be out of business!

If I could give this place a "0", I would Booked night stay through hotels.com over Memorial Day weekend Got there and the place is dirty, gross and unsafe Shower head was 5'5" tall so both my son 6'3" and cousin 6'5" had to kneel to use it Electric outlets not working or had triple outlet (unsafe) Huge crack in tile floor Entry door had gaps so it let in cold air Lock was a joke I decided we didn't want to stay the other night Told front desk I wanted a refund They said I had to call hotels.com to make change as they couldn't alter 3rd party reservation BS! Hotels.com called and they said it was past the hour cancellation policy so they would not refund No manager was on duty at 8am on a very busy weekend HORRIBLE PLACE If I was DAYS INN corporate, I would seriously rethink the affiliation They charged me $for nights (3x the rate of $p/night)

My boyfriend and I stayed at this Days Inn on 11/26/16 and I'm glad we only booked it for one night. This has been the worst experience I've ever endured. We paid $170 and it was definitely NOT worth it. When we first checked in we got our room keys and proceeded to our room. When we got to room 147, we see a person coming in and out of OUR ROOM (they were loading their vehicle). We thought it was a mistake so we went back to the front desk. We told the person at the front what we had seen and he said that it must have been a mistake because the people staying in that room had checked out at 8am. We got there at 7pm, which meant that THE ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CHECKED NOR CLEANED. We were told that they were going to send someone to meet us at the room (they basically called us liars) so they could inspect it. We went back to the room and noticed that car was gone and the door to the room was closed which confirmed what we witnessed, someone had extended their stay without anyone checking or CLEANING THE ROOM before giving it to us and we never saw the person they told us was supposed to meet us to inspect it. Is this the way they treat their paying customers? The person at the front expected us to stay in the same room (because that was the only room available for pets) after we had witnessed people leaving from it. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! We went back to the front once again to complain and told him we were NOT going to stay in that room. He gave us a different room and this room was filthy!! We found hair on the toilet, the chairs were disgustingly dirty, and there was hair on the pillows. We were so disgusted that we did not stay under the covers and I had to lay my jacket on top of the pillows just so I could bare to sleep on there. I will NEVER stay at any of these hotels again!! I do not recommend anyone staying here, they don't even bother to clean them, we were witnesses of that. I'm so upset that we paid that much for a disgusting room, not worth it at all!
I was contacted by [redacted], through e-mail, on November 30th and was told someone would call me no later than December 6th. It is December 19th and I have yet to receive a call. I don't appreciate the way we were treated and I am very upset that I can't voice my opinion to them. This is not how customers are supposed to be treated.

We stayed one night at this hotel and all three of us woke up with bug bites all over. I continued getting bites after I got home and had to have my home treated for bed bugs. When I contacted days inn I was told they forwarded my info to the franchise owner and asked him to contact me directly, but I never heard from him.
