I've tried contacting Mercedes Z [redacted] & Joanne Z [redacted] via numerous ( times since Octtil nowI have not received an email back or a phone callOn October 6, 2018; around 3pm, I paid for a King room Suite and was given room # [redacted] register to [redacted] ***Upon entering the room there were dirty patches in the carpet, stains on the walls and crack tiles around the sinkAt this point I would have communicate my frustration with the front desk concierge but prior to getting the room I was told there was no hotel available in a mile radius; due to a dog show conventionBesides the disappointing appearance I expect the bed to be clean after returning to the room later that evening from my friends wedding celebrationAs I laid in the bed watching tv; I spotted something crawling and it turned out to be a bedbug to my surpriseBefore leaving the room I collected the bedbug in to a cup and gave it to the front attendant wearing a name tag that said Richthat was around 2:am.H

Booked a reservationCanceled as policy and received the cancellation notice stating I did so before I would be charged for anythingOn 8/I noticed my bank account was pre- authorized by Days inn for on *The pre-auth charge became a regular charge on 8/I was not supposed to be charged and Days Inn has not responded to my messagesThey charged me for a nights stay illegallyMy itinerary conf was ***

Review: This is an official complaint; [redacted] reserved a room (#[redacted]) 11/15 we asked Sue the receptionist to remove [redacted] card from the system and switch it with my card ([redacted]) because we did not want her account to overdraft. She did not remove her card (but said she did), she added my ([redacted]) card so we both were charged attached is the paperwork correlating the information I presented. If we had known this is what she was going to do I would have transferred the money into [redacted] account. We informed Sue that we both were charged and that one charge was $71.88 and she only kept repeating that she didnt charge [redacted] and that she charged me (Aisha) $59.90. But I showed her the statement that I printed out that says I was charged $71.88 and my card declined at a restaurant because there is some kind of hold on it and [redacted] card was charged so we had to use our Emergency Credit Card to make our purchases for the duration of our stay. It was not only embarrassing but unnecessary. I have never gone through so much trouble at a hotel and we are from Maryland so we were a long way from home. This ruined our trip because now we had limited funds because my card was on hold and hers was charged. If I do not hear back from a Manager today (11/17) I will be informing the Revdex.com. This is outrageous and I even spoke to the Supervisor Stephanie 11/16 and she just shrugged and said that is how it works some times and that I should call the bank.What is that suppose to do?! I really like Days Inn but now.I dont know I am going to [redacted] this weekend coming up and I will be staying at a different hotel since this one has poor customer service and no explanations as to why a $59.90 room turned into a $131.78 room.Desired Settlement: If you will not refund the money then replace and give me another night hassle free. My weekend was ruined with no money because of this mess. I like Days Inn but this was a nightmare.
