second agreement, recommended appropriate amendments to protect client and negotiated the amendments to the satisfaction of the client During the course of the transaction, we represented the client - engaging in correspondence with the buyer's attorney to negotiate and resolve various issues - ultimately preparing the final title conveyance documents and facilitating the closing of title with the second buyer Client represented himself in vague terms to be a member of the United States military and sought a discount on that basisWe do not offer military discounts, a factor which appeared to anger him At the end of the transaction, just before our invoice was to be paid at his closing, client called with a laundry list of complaints and again demanded a discount All services were professionally rendered and led to client's successfully selling and closing title to his home.At this time, we would consider refunding the sum of $to client in the interest in customer satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because:I am disturbed at the inaccuracy of the response made by this business, a point which highlights my original complaint of woeful customer serviceTo the first point in the response, when representing the client i.e* *** ***, you should have received my express written consent as you had claimed before acting on my behalfTo lie about it then and now is conduct unbecoming of a law firmThe steps taken to cancel the first contract were sloppy and inaccurate, hence days having passed by before your office had to issue an apology to the buyer's sideTo say that you represented me would only be accurate if you added the wording extremely poorly after itThis complaint response of the business did nothing to address the specifics I outlined in the original complaint, but rather they responded with vagueness of having fulfilled their end of the bargain, no matter how atrocious the process was throughout.? Today I went into your location on [redacted] 47th street. And I ordered a pizza instead of the cashier asking me my name she didn't. Not only did she not ask me my name she didn't offer me crazy bread or anything else. I had to request my receipt. So I said to Jennifer the cashier I wasn't given a receipt. Jennifer said receipts have to be requested. So I requested my receipt and in the name area its says glasses lady. Which is not my name I asked to speak to a manager and I got Nina she really didnt care. I left the store and called Nina back to ask some questions and she could careless. Can you imagine the names that are being used to identify customers instead of asking for there names. This is a disgrace. I feel like I'm being called the n-word.

Review: Experienced massive flea infestation at this hotel, causing me and my dogs hundreds of bites, extreme emotional and physical distress, and loss of sleep. Also cost me veterinary medical bills. The manager promised to reimburse me if I provided receipts. Said he'd submit to his insurance. This was over six months ago. I've sent numerous letters and received no response, and NO reimbursement!Desired Settlement: I want the promised reimbursement of the vet costs! Check for $157.27!

Review: Upon arriving at the days hotel on hotel circle st on San Diego ca there was a smell of cigarette smoke in our nonsmoking room. My wife and I woke up 5 hours later with many bug bites on our torso and legs. We then inspected our bed and found what appeared to be mouse droppings on our sheets. In addition to this, my elderly parents found that their bodies were also covered in red bug bites and found brown stains all over their sheets. Management sent a maid to check our rooms and she claimed that we had spilled coffee on the sheets and that she hadn't seen any bedbugs. After asking management for a cancellation and full refund, management said they would be charging us for the five hours we used the rooms. After calling my bank try and stop any payments to days hotel, the manager Brian Pagan said they apologized for the inconvenience and informed us that they were looking into hiring an exterminator. However, he fetused to cancel any charges.Desired Settlement: If in fact I am billed I want a full ferund on the amount charged.

Review: im going to contact new on your side 3, we went online an booked a hotel for 3 nites, web page said spa an pool, when we got there, we found out no spa an pool, they never updated web site, so we were renting hotel for pool an spa, so we told them we need to cancel, cause web site lied, we want pool an spa thats why we rented there, so when she cancled, she informs us credit card will be charged for n1 nite cause we canceled, I todl them not right when there web site lies, so we left called in mouring when they said manger will be there cause she wouldnt talk to us on phone the day before, so she said 9if we keep calling we r harrsing her an she said she will charge fo 3 nites an now the 3 nites r pending on my daughters bank card, an now the hotel is hanging up on my daughter in law when she calls, reservation is under my name but to hold room was under my daughter in law, cause I was paying in cash, we were ;lied to on web site an we have to pay for there lie, pls help, the hotel is days inn [redacted] East Apache Blvd ###-###-#### manger we talked to there is gina padilla , we have called corprate they said cant do anything its our policy I said even if yur web site lied an they said yes they will not help us.Desired Settlement: I was all charges that r pending stop or put back in my daughter in laws account her name is it karena alvarado is who credit card is, she is mentally slow an preggoes cant just throw away money for nothing cause they lied we want it all back pls
