I am rejecting this response because: They offered me no compensation or discountI was right about advertising rate and I was right about the shower problem. When I booked this hotel that night, it was half emptyThey told me there are rooms available and they could not honor my coupon and they gave me the worse room with shower problemThis is a bad business practice. The shower did not work right and I was offered smoking roomI should have left this stinky place that nightI am pissed and I feel like they cheated me
