inconvenience you had experienced during your stay at the Days InnPlease note that we do routine pest inspection on a monthly basisWe have credit back the reservation, however, the reservation was made through priceline.com and in order for you to get your refund, it would have to be done through PricelineWhen you make a reservation using a third party website, you are paying them for room and tax and they reimburse us afterThe phone number to priceline should be on your confirmation emailOnce you have contacted them, they will call us to confirm that we did not charge the cardAlso, if you have further concerns with bed bugs in your home, please let me know and I can address it to our insurance companyAgain, I am very sorry about your experience and I will do what I can to get things right

The truck first came to us after having been repaired at two other area shopsNo one could figure out why the engine missedWe diagnosed that the cams were flat due to over tightening of the liftersAfter talking with the customer and having him in the shop and showing him what we found, he
decided to buy a new motor and have it shipped to our shopThe original verbal estimate was between $and $just to swap the motorsThe customer was not charged for this initial diagnosis which took about three to four hours at $per hourThis included set the timing, set the carburetor , a compression test and adjust the lifters.Upon installing the new motor other problems arose, such as the belts were chewed up due to the pulleys not be alignedSo the customer needed new belts, three in allThe customer then ordered new pulleys which we had to wait on, which still did not align with the new motorModifications had to be done( Customer was notified)Then the headers were warped so the customer ordered new one which we waited on and when they arrived they were wrong, so we waited for him to order the new ones which fit but we had to modify them to fit correctlyWe had to customize front brake line to accommodate the new headers(Customer was notified.)We contacted the customer several times (as you can see from the phone bill which only went to April 21" but the phone company looked up the calls due on our next billcalls in all.) He was asked on three or four occasions to come to the shop so that we could show him things that were not right and had to be correctedThe customer came and agreed with us.We also fixed at no charge for the parts, the exhaust, a leaky brake line, a leaky fuel line, cam casters for the alignment and battery cableWe had to make & paint new brackets for the ac compressor so that all belts would alignWe did this so that the job would be done correctlyAny parts on his invoice were needed to correctly install the motorYou do not always know what will be needed, and we did not know what all the customer was getting with the motor because we did not order it.This truck had been modified and was not all original, previous to us working on itThis was part of the problem of the parts not fitting correctlyThis was not foreseen by either party.Attached are pictures of the pulleys not aligning and copies from the phone company for the calls made to the customer.Also the customer did not want his truck outside so when we were waiting on parts his truck was still taking up the lift or work space at no charge.We try to be accommodating and polite to our customers which I think we wereWe have very many satisfied customers and we are proud of that.If you have any questions please contact me.Thank you
