8/13/14TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNI, Rajan V***, GM at Days Inn *** PA and want to verify regarding ID No*** ***, *** *** *** that I did spoke to *** *** and pologized for all the trouble when she was came to my propertySo after listening to her, I also spoke to my
front desk Cindya C*** and Brian M***, they told me that we gave her the room but she did not like due to pillowcases missingSo Cirdya apologized to the guest but ** *** and her family start cursing to front desk person in front of other guest and told them that she want to check out without any chargesSo we did not charge her anything and gave information for other hotel which was ***After al this, she complaint to Days Inn corporate that we have to refund full amount of her stay at *** and she also want refund for travel to that propertyI explain *** *** that we have the procedure that if we don’t have any room, then we can walk you to other property without cancelling the reservation but she cancelled the reservation there fore, we are not responsible for her stay at ***.Moreover, I have the written statement from Cindya C*** and Brian M*** and Days Inn Customer Care complaint notes for your references.If you still want to talk about this issue, please feel free to call me.Thank You,RajanGeneral Manager Days Inn

| booked the Days Inn East Harrisburg online a few days before a family trip to *** Park on Friday, July 11, We had other rooms in this hotel that were occupied by our familyMy credit card was swiped at 11:P.Mupon check-inOur room was filthy without any linens and clean towelsWe returned to the front desk to ask for another room and waited until 12:when my husband called Days Inn ReservationWe had to make our own reservation and did not arrive to the *** * hotel until 1:A.MWe have documentation of all phone recordsI posted our ** *** turnpike receipt belowAlso I have the transaction number our credit card was swipedWhile we waited in the lobby one family that reserved rooms stated that of their rooms did not have any lights, another room did not have any water, and another room needed to be cleanedAlso a man that was there was given a room that was occupiedwhile waited in the lobby there was a dead roach in front of the front desk and the garbage cans were overflowing in the lobby.Events details: The *** *** was swiped; *** for $My daughters and I went upstairs to take our luggage to the roomThere was no bedding on the bedsThe top covers were in the corner of the roomThere were no linensThere were dirty towels and on the floorI returned to the front desk and told them about the roomThe woman from the front desk told me that she was going to find us another room in another hotelAt this time my year old niece who was staying at this Days Inn came down to see what was wrongShe heard the manager say that they will give us a room in another hotelMy niece stayed with us for minutesThe woman went in a back room trying to find us a room.12:A.M- After no clear response from the manager about a room or another hotel, my husband called the Days Inn Reservation number-*** and spoke to them for minutesWhile my husband was on the phone with them, the reservation service called the hotelFinally the reservation service suggested the *** * hotelWe still had hoped that the hotel would have a clean room for us so we waited longerof our family members were already checked into this hotelThe manager left to go upstairs with cleaning supplies and pillow casesWe were told by the man working the front desk that the room we were getting only needed pillow casesI then responded by “If it was only pillow cases, I could have done that.” The manager returned and admitted that she was trying to clean the room, but it was not finished yetWe told her about the *** * hotelShe told us a quicker way to get there and that she called the hotel and they were to send her the billWhen we arrived at the *** * hotel at 1:A.M(over a minute drive) the owner of the hotel said that someone called, but just said that she had the wrong hotelWe have an ** *** receipt shows that we entered turnpike exit at A.MJuly 11th and exited exit ***.The main manager called me times and finally said that there is nothing he could do for us
