I just need a place to sleep and go to work the next day.  Unfortunately, the manager does not understand my point.   I paid $264 for a weekend in January for three nights-that averages out to  $88 per night.  I am not making that much money to be able to afforrd a hotel at nearly $90 per night  I wanted her to go back to when I began staying there on January 11th, 2015 and give me the rate I am currently paying as a credit-it was $260 plus. I would like you to creidt my credit card and then this will be resolved to my satisfaction. I also tried to talk to the manager again on March 13, 2015.  When I checked out that morning I asked the front desk if  they would give her a message and that I wanted to talk with her.  They gave her the message and she did call me and she said she never heard from the Bettter Business Bureau.  and she also said, "Why would I lie to you." She said she would not refund the money to me.  This past Sun. night, Mar. 22, 2015 I came to check in and they said I did not have a reservation.  I had given her my entire work schedule and they did not have that night down and the rest of this week or next week.  I did get a room that night.         I also have a Masters degree in Business Administration and was taught that, "the customer is always right."

have contated this guest and ask for how many more stay she is looking for satying  with us and I helped her out with  very good rate which is  break-even point for hotel.>> When I called her first time she was very rude and kept talking about her past stay , which I colud'nt hepled her, I explained her are rate is very from day to day. its goes on are % of occupancy per day . I told her she got dicounted rate , while others guest paid higer rate  for same room. We pay franchise fee , advertising fee, reservation fee,marketing fee and sale tax on total revenue per month. We can't get back all these fee from are franchies  which we  paid towrads her past stay. I expalined her that also..> we gave her room she requested every time she came to stay with us.. Review: I am a traveling nurse and have a contract with Children's Hospital of WI in Neenah from Jan. 12 until April 4, 2015. Prior to the first time I came to stay, I called several times requesting to talk to the manager and was never able to speak with her. I asked the first time I checked in to have the manager call me and she never did. I wanted to work out a deal for the length of my contract with them for a lower price. I was told all different rates, "Depending on what is going on in Appleton or Green Bay." So this is what I paid for the first few times I stayed there: For 2 nights Jan. 11-12, I paid $139.60 ( average price of $69.80 per night); for one night on Jan. 15, 2015 I paid $50.47; for three nights on Jan. 17, I paid $264.31 (average price of $88.10/night), For 1 night on Jan. 26, I paid $52.48; for 3 nights on Jan. 29, I paid $201.00 (average price of $67.00 per night); for 2 nights on Feb. 3, I paid $116.60 (($58.30 per night) and Feb. 9 for 1 night I paid $58.30 I kept asking about the rate and was told to go online and register. I was never sure what I was going to be charged. I finally called on Feb. 11, 2015 and did speak with the manager. She was rude and very inconsiderate of the situation. I tried to explain about the contract and I wanted to work out a deal. She said she never got the messages and that she was "out of the country" in January. I asked who was in charge when she was gone and she stated, "nobody." I then asked to speak with the owner, and she hung up on me. I called right back and she continued to be very rude to me and I was ready to cancel the reservations. I asked about a refund for all the higher rates in January and she said nothing "could be done about that." I was not going to get a refund or get a free night stay. I am still staying there but I really think she needs a lesson in customer service!! Finally starting Feb. 12, I paid $150.40 for 3 nights; for two nights Feb. 16, I paid $105.60 and for 2 nights on Feb. 22, I paid $105.60. I now am paying roughtly $50.13-52.80 per night.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my credit card account or a few free nights for this inconsiderate and rude way that I was treated by the manager. I am coming to this town to work at the hospital and help them out in Wisconsin, freezing cold weather in the winter!! I am not partying in the room and tearing the room apart, I am respectful of other guests and really feel that this needs to be investigated. I also called the company I work for (Nurses PRN in Appleton, WI) and explained how rude the manager was and they could not believe it. They said , "what happened to customer service." What kind of place is this? What is up with the pricing of the rooms?
