To start off I recommend them extremely When I first called Joes Tree Care I spoke with the office staff her name was Larissa and she was sweet as can beShe told me the process that needed to be done which was first set up a estimateWhich me and my husband set up for the next day and Joe the owner was the estimator and he arrived on time and was very professional and very kindHe walked through our property and answered all our questions and let us know a flat rate which me and my husband were happy with, so we approved the services to be completed in the next couple of daysJoe stated he would have his assistant Larissa call us to schedule us inLarissa called us within minutes that Joe left and she scheduled us right inShe is awesome great customer service So the day of the service the guys who did our services which is Joes crew I believe the leaders name was SamuelThey showed up early as I requested and they were very careful with all the trees that were pruned and removedThey also did a wonderful clean up job like they were not even hereI have never seen another tree company do such a awesome clean up In all areas of this company was wonderful and I will be coming back to them for all my tree service needs I have seen all the bad comments on here which is very only Believe me I was like should I try them or not, so I did and my experience was awesome with them On yelp they have almost have a point star because they are awesomeWe all have some bad apples but believe me when I say you won't regret these services Thank you Joe and Larissa(JOES TREE CARE) Keep up the wonderful workYou all are a great team
