This is mr.[redacted] from days inn,opelika.I talked to you yesterday and explained you our situationIt is sad that customer take this much advantage for being nice and considerate.Mr[redacted] checked in with us on 7/29/in room Next day he moved in room 120[ suite]He pd for both days He did not mention he have dogWhen front desk notice he have dog ,he was told about daily charge for pet.He suppose to stay for more days.His two vehicles were in the parking lotSo far he has pd for 7/and 7/30.He said he will come and pay for a wkWe did not here from himRoom was locked and had dont disturbed sign. After days of no activity, no answer from inside room or phone and dogs barking all the timetwo vehicles are still in the parking lotWe got concerned about could be something wrongwe had no option but to call law after 4-daysPolice opened the door and with our surprice whole room was thrashedPoops and pee was all our both rooms Sofa was torn apart and pieces were every werepolice filed the report and sugeested if he dont pay for damage you can sign a warrant for himGuest came on or 12th to exchage the vehicle.He was shawn the damaged room and total rent and damage charge.he said he will come in couple of days pay and take his vehicleHe did not come .He left a phno with us .we and police tried number of time to call him.Did not got any answer
Police suggested if we want to sign warrant and remove the vehicle we wantWe decided to wait and talk to him when he come to remove vehicle.He did not come and finally on 8/28/ we had no choice but to tow the vehiclesThere was football game and we dont have enough parking
Look like he have no intention to pay our damage,rent and parking charges.We might have to consider signing warrant
